pictures are somewhat deceptive. Inside was nice and well cared for but furniture cheap. Garage where you would enter if you had cars to park is poorly done add on, leaking rain and we actually had a rat encounter, so gross. Back yard was completely uncared for. All the cute lawn equipment and game was falling apart or covered in leaves. When I contacted the manager he was receptive to my concerns and had lawn service come out the very next day.

We rented this for a long weekend girls trip with my friends for my birthday. The location was great. Neighborhood adorable. Check-in super easy. It looked clean-ish when we first arrived but upon closer inspection, it wasn’t that clean at all. Trash bin in backyard was completely full, there were slimy/oily fingerprints all over the fridge and smaller dining room table, empty water bottle and press-on nail on floor in garage as you walked in etc and there was not even a shower curtain rod or curtain in one of the bathrooms. I did contact host and they sent one by Walmart delivery the next morning but it was a window curtain rod and not a shower curtain rod so we still had to go to Walmart and get the right rod. We made several Walmart trips to get things needed that weren’t there and left them for the next guests. No biggie, just annoying after already running to Walmart for the rod. The beds were comfortable and decor cute but some things very cheap/poorly made (smaller dining room table very rickety and pool table shaky; one of the legs looked like it was going to fall out at any second so we stopped playing when we noticed that.) Benches near pool table falling in. (Cheap) It also stormed while we were there and the INSIDE of the garage was pouring water on top of our vehicles. It was an ok stay but won’t stay again for the sizable amount we paid. 🙁

The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. It was as advertised and we enjoyed the pool table and patio area tremendously. Some of the basics were missing, which necessitated additional trip to store and money. There was not nearly enough toilet paper for 7 people for 5 days - I had to get more on day 2. There also was no soap in showers (which listing states there is), no regular coffee available for Keurig (decaf provided), no napkins and no detergent to use dishwasher. For 7 guests a regular coffee pot would really have worked better, especially since we had to go buy the Keurig pods. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed the house. It worked great for our group, just a few easily fixable amenities would have made this stay perfect.

We live in Plano after downsizing and wanted to get the family together after Christmas, so we rented this house. It was great with plenty of space, well equipped, nice neighborhood, and close to restaurants and activities. Everything was as we expected with plenty of space for family fun.

The house is belted in a great location accessible to so many things. Very well furnished and decorated too. We did notice a few cleaning issues that we communicated, and the owner was very receptive and responsive to taking appropriate actions.

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and was in a very nice neighborhood and was the perfect distance from everything. Great for family and friends gatherings. Lots of space our back to enjoy each other as well as a pool table room.

I live in this neighborhood, it’s safe and convenient to everything Dallas has to offer. Rented this for family as we had many guests in town. Check in was very easy, everything they needed was there (shampoo, soaps, hair drier), and was absolutely spotless. Thank you!
