"The Charming Quadrangle from Ipanema" covers the area between Aníbal de Mendonça and Joana Angélica streets, blocks where hotels, restaurants, art galleries, designer stores, jewelry stores, bookstores, hairdressers, language courses and the chic commerce of the neighborhood are concentrated, with its cool and elegant people, quiet and tree-lined streets, with multicolored orchids stuck in the trees that shade the paths in summer. The spacious apartment from the 70s, with its 160m2 in a circular plan, comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and is composed of:
- Bedroom with queen size double bed, closets, 18,000 BTU split air conditioning and 43” SmartTV;
- Bedroom with queen size double bed, closets, 12,000 BTU split air conditioning and 32” SmartTV;
- Bedroom with a “king size” single bed, auxiliary bed, bookshelf with clothes rack, 7,500 BTU air conditioning, 32” SmarTV and balcony;
- Large living room with balcony, double-size sofa bed with electric opening, sofa, 4-seater dining table, 30,000 BTU split air conditioning and 50” SmarTV;
- Complete kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and filter with ice water, as well as plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls and other utensils.
- 2 large bathrooms with gas shower and hot water taps, as well as a small service bathroom, used as a toilet.
- Laundry room with washing machine, two large clotheslines and ironing board and iron, available to guests.
- 500 MB Wi-Fi and Smartvs for your home office and watch your streaming during your stay.
The property does not have a parking space available for guests, however the neighborhood has several rotating parking lots that operate 24 hours a day, close to the apartment.
Building with doorman, alarm and security cameras, less than 100 meters from Praça Nossa Senhora da Paz, ideal for you to take your children to play and enjoy the day while visiting the fairs and events that always take place in the square.
