Are you ready to relax, unwind and enjoy the amazing lake community of Carlton Landing?

We invite you to visit our home—Southern Charm-in the desired area known as The Bend. With a screened porch, open deck, open patio, communal fire pit and communal dining area the outside is calling. Ready to come inside? Relax in our beautifully appointed home with everything you need for your special time together. The high end finishes will make you feel right at home.

The front door welcomes you into the screened porch area with comfy chairs, an adorable bed swing and ceiling fan for your comfort. Continue inside to find our favorite place to hang with family and friends. The open concept floor plan features the beautiful well appointed kitchen, open dining area, large designer living area, a half bath, mud room space and utility space.

As you start up the stairs you will love the sitting area where you can relax and look out over the property. Continue upstairs and enter the large beautifully appointed primary bedroom with extensive storage and a spa like En Suite. Also located upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a sleeping loft for your family to enjoy. The first features a super comfy queen bed with ceiling fan, smart tv, ample storage and access to the adorable shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The next room is SO FUN! With a built in bunk bed you can enjoy the full size bed on the bottom or the twin up top! It also features a designer ceiling fan, large closet and access to the shared bathroom. There is a ladder leading up to a sleeping loft with two twin beds that might be perfect for a kiddo space and requires parental supervision. Before heading downstairs step out the upper floor exterior door and take in the view. This open air deck is one of our favorite spots. Lounge in the chairs, relax and just breathe! It’s amazing!

There are two closets locked off for our personal items but you will find everything you need to enjoy your time together.

There is a small parking spot outside the back door and additional spots designated for “The Bend”’ very close with direct access to the fire pit/outdoor dining common area.

You can easily walk (or rent/bring a cart) to the neighborhood pools, marina, pop up shops, food trucks, parks, concert/event area, church, bocce ball court and beach areas to enjoy everything that this amazing community has to offer. Chances are you will run into someone you already know or even make new amazing friends. Carlton Landing is all about community.

We want you to enjoy every moment of your time in our home but ask you to remember that it is just that—our home. Our neighbors and friends desire to quietly enjoy their homes and we ask you to be respectful of them. Please follow the guidelines provided and upon departure, leave it as you found it. If there are any issues please text Scott immediately so that they can be addressed together. We personally love a clean home. As such, we remind you that no animals or smoking, vaping are allowed anywhere on the property. No exceptions. Events are not allowed and the home is ideally set up for a family outing with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

For your safety and protection (and ours) we have an alarm system with security cameras set up on the exterior of the property but none on the interior.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and very clean. Given the minimal dining options in Carlton Landing, a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make every meal at the house. Very comfortable furniture in the living room, great beds. We really enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch. Scott was a great host. We hope to visit and stay here again!

5 stars all the way! This property was perfect for our weekend getaway with the family. It's location is perfect to access all the fun. It was clean and the owner was very responsive and available, even offered suggestions on activities! We will definitely be staying here again.

The pictures don’t lie! The home was beautiful with all of the right appointments for everything you will need to have a very comfortable stay. The owner is so attentive and responsive as well, checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property!!

The home was very well appointed but yet very livable and comfortable! We cooked some meals in the wonderful open kitchen and enjoyed down time with plenty of seating in the living area to watch movies after a day at the lake. Would love to stay again!

Six of us stayed at Southern Charm for a weekend girl's trip. The house was perfect for all of us to cook together, eat together, play games in the living room, and have some relaxing pool time. I gave the check-in process only four stars because our code to get in the house didn't work and the owner was on a flight, so we had to wait on the porch with our belongings and it was a very hot day. Other than that, it was perfect and just what we all needed. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Our time spent at Southern Charm was just what our family needed! As I told my husband, we have never had a better VRBO experience. The home was just gorgeous and comfortable which provided for a truly relaxing getaway for our family; every need was tended to and met. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend! Southern Charm is a lovely home in a great location. It has beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The bunk beds and loft were my daughters favorite. Communication with the owner was a breeze and he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Such a fun weekend and we can’t wait to come stay again!

Property is located on the bend that has a private green, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. This was perfect for the kids to run around and play. Short walk or ride to the Meeting House and the lake. House is beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfect for a family. We will definitely be back!

Carlton Landing in itself is magic. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and the ideal location to reconnect with family. Pools, trails, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, sand volleyball and all the amenities that come with lake living. The sense of community is strong and our stay over Labor Day was amazing with community events and flags displayed throughout the community. The house is charming, well appointed and maintained. It is ideal for family with a great green space in the front of the house where you can watch the kids from the porch and balcony spaces. The fire pit made for a beautiful night under the stars and a kick walk back home. One of my favorite locations we have stayed at in Carlton Landing.

This property was fabulous! It is decorated so beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch with the best porch swing ever! It was a great place to take a peaceful nap! The property was pristine. Carlton Landing and this house go hand in hand for a memory making family vacation. We will definitely be back!

We loved this home. We have stayed in lots of vacation homes, but this one was really special. The Carlton Landing community is much like Seaside Florida, but it is in Oklahoma! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a great stay. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and always responded quickly. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home. This home is situated in such a great location for a family with kids. It has a grassy common area between the homes which was such a hit for outside games with all the other kids staying for the weekend! It’s situated close to the lake but very quick walk or ride to all the essential spots. Home accommodated our family very well of two adults, a teen, and three kids. The cute home offers one parking spot right next to the backside for easy unloading. During your stay, I def would recommend renting a golf cart or a way to easily get around ie electric scooter or bike. This will make lugging any belongings to the pool or beach so much more convenient. Our FAVS within this vaca rental were the porch swing, grassy commons, and the beautiful open living room + kitchen area. Our family would definitely stay again in this quaint perfectly located home - the kids absolutely loved it!

We LOVED Southern Charm. It's a beautiful home at the lake but I'm not sure you can call it a lake house. SO nice. We loved the location and all the fun stuff offered in Carlton Landing. We fished and my 3 year old caught his first perch! I brought my one wheel and met many others with them as well. The owner Scott was very responsive. We used the well equipped beautiful kitchen to cook most of our meals. We fell in love with the swing inside the screened porch and sat in it as the kids played in the bend. The neighborhood pools all opened this week. We liked the one down by the water the best for its lake view. It was an awesome week! Thanks!

Sometimes the place doesn’t look like the pictures. Southern Charm actually looks just as good if not better! The Carlton Landing area is a hidden treasure We had pizza and gelato at Mama Tig’s and went fishing on the pier. The home is spacious and beautiful. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor dining and fire pit. It had everything we needed for a great getaway. We will definitely be back.
