Comfortable and affordable

Large modern villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Be aware that the villa is a bit far from town. You should rent a car or use public transport.

Cozy house on the outskirts of Paphos.

Large house in a quiet location. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were met and explained everything in detail by a positive and friendly person (Dylan). Thank him for everything!

Far from the city. There are few shops and restaurants nearby. If you are without a car, it will be very difficult for you. There is not enough water in the shower, it is unrealistic to take a shower.

La propreté

La réalité ne correspond pas aux photos présentées sur l’annonce. La maison est peu équipée, des luminaires ne fonctionnent pas. Logement prévu normalement pour 5 personnes et il y a uniquement 4 chaises, 4 lits et un lit pliant au rez de chaussée et une toute petite table. La piscine est petite avec peu de transats. Les bâtiments sont mal insonorisés (on entend tous les bruits de l’extérieur). Beaucoup de bruits la nuit (pas de surveillance).

Not the luxury stay that I imagined.

(Positives) 1. Food delivery service in area was fast. 2. Grocery delivery service in area was fast. 3. Flat screen tv with ability to watch some movies. 4. 14 minute walk to bus line was able to take a bus to Coral Bay beach for 4 euros for a family of three. Bus also goes to the Tomb of the Kings for the same price. 5. Many restaurants nearby

Negative) 1. Dirty stained furniture….I didn’t even want to sit on it (gross) 2. Dirty towels (old supposed to be white but were a dingy grey color) 3. Everything is super old and outdated 4. Wifi is weak and doesn’t work in bedrooms upstairs. 5. Room advertised as sea view but no view of sea. 6. Be careful no one at office when I arrived to check in. Make sure you have mobile data so that your fe able to call the office. 7. Did not have a clean new feel to it. Felt old, put dated, and needed a deep clean to smell and look fresh. 8. When you first pull in, if feels like you’ve arrived at a 3 star facility. 9. One unit had several couches outside on the siting area (reminder me of a trailer park situation) such an eye sore and not a hood first impression. 10. Dirty ring around the pool area is concerning 11. Grocery store is not in walking distance…you must have a car. 12. All appliances are outdated…I put my laundry load on 30 minutes and the cycle ran for hours. Fridge temp a bit sketchy, I kept my things in the freezer for a while. 13. No Netflix 14. Water leaks from shower 15. A/C stopped working in one of the bedrooms 16. Cockroaches

very clean and spacious villa, great view of the sea and a great location if you have a car. also very family friendly

the pool isn’t heated and was too cold to swim in (this was in March though) I’m sure this isn’t a problem during the summer months

Exceptional

The place was wonderful in all aspects. The hostess was very kind and helpful. The apartment was cozy, well designed, spacious. Own parking place, the complex fully secured. There was a beautiful lemon tree just next to our place. I highly recommend this apartment for rest and even for working from distance - the WiFi connection was pretty good! Don't hesitate to book it even in February the temperatures were 16-19 degrees. Just go and have magnificent vacation!

it’s a very cute, quiet and well established place with a perfect location. you can see the sea through the balcony, and there are multiple terrace options for enjoying the weather outside.

there were no toiletries, coffee or tea.

Very good for a calm and cosy stay

Cosy place surrounded by a beautiful garden. We had a car so it was easy to access everything we needed: couple of min drive to a supermarket, restaurant, beach. Very nice window view, a small private zone inside the year, comfy beds. Ideal for a family of 4. We stayed in Jan so the pool was not needed for us but it looked nice from the balcony. As a bonus we had a super nice cat:) Good wifi, warm inside even during the winter (heating is working if you need). Easy check in and check out. So, in total I can recommend this place. Thanks Migle for a hospitality.

A recommendation: would be good to have a mirror not only in the bath. Small shower so You can not avoid water on the floor...Always miss in rented apartments some small package of salt/pepper for the 1st day until You buy all You need for a stay. A bit of more cleanness we wish You to have outside. All the rest was fine. Thanks a lot.

We and the kids really enjoyed it.

The host was very attentive to our needs, and added beds and bedding that we needed, the house is big and very clean, and also helped us a lot with printing the boarding pass.

The water pressure in the shower was very low.

I highly recommend this place, great apartament to relax!

The place was beautiful and clean, hosts were helpful in regard to transportation but also explained everything about the apartment. There are beautiful beaches nearby, restaurants, and shops within 10-15min of walking. The pool was available (it was November), there were not many people so the place was really quiet, great for good rest.

I wish the pool was heated, but I'm still happy it was available. There could be a little bit more utensils in the kitchen, with 4 people in the house sometimes we quickly run out of cutlery.

In general, excluding the water system, the stay at the house and the house's utilities were good and comfortable.

The water system is providing a very weak flow of water in the shower, at times only drops. In addition - the temperature of the water varies from cold to hot during the shower. We realised that 2 people taking a shower at the same time (in the 2 different showers) is impossible at all, a fact that with 7 people staying together in the house, makes our stay less comfortable than expected. One more thing: when hiring a house for 7 we would expect to have 7 chairs, 7 cups etc. Those things are available only in some of the cases...

The house and pool looked exactly like the pictures, modern and clean. Well located too. The hosts were very friendly and helpful !

We would have appreciated if some basics were available in the house such like washing powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee....we had to buy everything and had to leave a lot of foods as well.

Absolutely amazing!

The apartment we stayed in was so spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. We had our own private garden and two balconies so we got to sit out there and enjoy the sunset. The host and staff were lovely and extremely helpful. There were also different fruit plants growing in the garden which was so cool to see. We were allowed pick some and eat them.

The place was fantastic but one thing I would recommend that the staff could do, is change the bins in the apartment bathrooms more often, as you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet.
