Reserved this place for a stay in town for business and then stayed another day to make an Orioloes v Yankees game. The house is definitely clean and beds were comfortable. They had additional portable AC units in the upstairs room as it was in the high 90s when we stayed and there were multiple days of excessive heat warning. Very nice to be out along the water and a VERY beautiful view. Nice places to sit out toward the front of the house along the water as well. If there is any downside- I would've liked some blackout curtains upstairs as I was hoping to sleep in a bit after long days of travel and work business.... but definitely a minor. All in all- a VERY beautiful property... calm and peaceful as it is away from the main roads. There was an additional room as well- but this is in a separate building... which also was very comfortable too- we didn't end up using it.. .but it was nice to know we could if we needed it.

This is the second time renting this home for me and my friends. We were visiting Baltimore Inner Harbor for two days. We wanted to be close to the city but not have to deal with city congestions at night. This gorgeous waterfront property was perfect! In the evenings we had a cook out at the private but very large pavilion near the cove and lit a fire. At night, the solar lights made it magical. Amazing ambience. In the mornings, we watched the sunrise and ate our breakfast on the deck looking at the Bay. We watched water birds and ospreys. The property is huge with cleared areas in the woods to explore. The main house which faces the bay is fully equipped. The bungalow is very romantic. It is very quiet and serene. There are 5 beds and 5 bathrooms. The dining seating accommodates 16 — perfect for a seat-down dinner. There is a bar in the basement. We had fun taking pics at the tiki bar on the beach, the gazebo, and the tree house. The small beach was just perfect to hangout and look out into the waters. Many interesting features in the property make it very worthwhile. Checkin/check out was easy and Joe and Karuna are very attentive to details. The house rules/expectations are clear and totally acceptable. We definitely had the best of both worlds- The city and the waterfront both so close. Absolutely recommend this place!
