Feel at home in this unique 2-storey, 3 bedroom apartment. Centrally located in Kitchener with all of the amenities. Private entrance on the main floor with a private, oversized deck off of the fully-stocked kitchen.
Across the street from a park with trails, walking distance to St Mary's Hospital, in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood.

The space is very thoughtfully updated and equipped with everything you should need during your stay, including coffee for the morning!

We stayed here during my daughter's Volleyball tournament, and wanted a comfortable spot to land that wasn't a hotel room. This property did not disappoint. Lovely setup with three bedrooms. Comfortable beds, lots of light through the windows. Fully functional kitchen with all the appliances you would need. The deck out back is amazing and private. We also brought our dog and had a lovely park right next the house for walks. Property owner was very responsive during the process. Can't recommend this place more. Lovely stay.

Nicely decorated as per photos, but older building with many quirks we were not aware of. Extremely loud portable air conditioners in every room made sleeping difficult. Host mistakenly deactivated our code to get in, and we were stuck on the back deck in the rain for 45 min in the middle of the night, as no phone number was provided by the host upon check in. No response from host when I provided private feedback after the stay.

An incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked apartment. Our 8 year old asked if we could move there! Huge, private deck an awesome bonus and we wished we had more time available to enjoy that space.
