Location was fantastic but service for the apartment was terrible

The location was fantastic.

When I arrived I was told that I would be put in a room for one night and then moved into a new room due to circumstances I am not sure of. I came back from a day out and found that my key for my room would not work and eventually found that all my luggage and most of my items have been moved into the new room. I am still waiting for items that have been missing. I'm not sure whether I will ever get them back..

The property does not meet with the Booking description.

Excellent roof top edgeless swimming pool, excellent facilities, gym, table tennis, pool table, roof top recreation room. Enjoy the beautiful sunset!

The room does not meet with the Booking description. We paid for a seaview room, but the actual room we had provided does have any view of the sea. The room doesn’t have Wi-Fi/internet, balcony, washer as stated in the description. Host communication seems to be problematic. The initial request and phone calls had been ignored.

Fantastic rooftop view, but poor management

Wonderful roof top swimming pool with a fantastic view.

Communication is a big problem. Butler doesn’t provide effective communications to address the issues and concerns. Supply doesn’t seem to be sufficient for the durance we stayed.

Preis zu hoch für das kleine Zimmer gut Lage aber sonst nichts

Alles gut eingerichtet aber sehr klein

Hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon bestellt aber es war kein Zimmer frei wenn ich noch nicht bezahlt hätte wäre ich wieder gegangen es gab keinen Zimmerservice wenn der Mülleimer voll musste man in selbst entsorgen werde es nie wieder Buchen

Unser Aufenthalt war nicht so, wie wir es erwartet hatten, und es gab einige Enttäuschungen.

Der Pool in den oberen Etagen, auf der 30. und 31. Etage, war atemberaubend mit einem großartigen Blick über die. Es gab sogar einen sozialen Raum mit einem Billardtisch und Tischtennis, der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet war.

Wir haben dort kürzlich vier Nächte verbracht, vom 25. Oktober bis zum 29. Oktober 2023. Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Unser Zimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung, die wir bei der Buchung erhalten hatten. Das Schlafsofa, das für unseren 9-jährigen Sohn vorgesehen war, fehlte komplett. Statt dessen musste er mit uns in einem 1,40 Meter breiten Bett schlafen. Dies war besonders frustrierend, da wir extra ein größeres Zimmer mit Schlafsofa für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht hatten. Wir haben versucht, die Situation zu klären, aber leider blieb jede Klärung aus. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass es nur einen Schlüssel für das Apartment gab. Das führte dazu, dass wir immer zusammen im Pool sein mussten, da einer von uns im Zimmer bleiben musste. Das machte Ausflüge zum Essen oder zur Massage alleine nahezu unmöglich. Die Toilettentür ließ sich nicht schließen und blieb immer einen Spalt offen. Der Balkon war unbenutzbar, da er viel kleiner war als erwartet. Es fühlte sich eher wie ein schmaler Raum von 40-80 cm an, den man nicht betreten konnte. Zimmerservice war nicht verfügbar, und der Concierge war selten zu sehen. Der Strand in Pattaya war leider voll von Booten, was ihn unattraktiv machte, und es waren nur wenige Menschen dort.
