Great value for our family in the heart of Athens Plaka district!

It was modern and comfortable in a fantastic location in the heart of Plaka, so close to everything. Hosts were also very quick in communicating. I’d highly recommend.

Υπέροχο κτίριο ! Πολύ ωραία ανακαινισμένο χωρίς να χάνει τον χαρακτήρα του . Φοβερή τοποθεσία . Έιναι σε ένα ήσυχο στενό στην Πλάκα που σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια είσαι σε κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι μεταφορικό μέσο . Πολύ άνετα και καθαρά δωμάτια.

Muy recomendable

La ubicación es perfecta y la relación calidad precio está muy bien.

El baño necesita un pequeño lavado de cara pero aún así está muy bien.

Convenient but dirty

Only good point is the flat is located in the center of Athènes.

Flat was disgusting: we could still find some French fries on the floor with ketchup, the night table was full of crumbs. Also, the flat is absolutely not what you see on booking pictures! Be careful

Basement apartment is terrible

Location

Do not stay in the basement apartment (we didn't realise it would be the basement) It was unbearably hot, with no air con, and single-glazed windows to the surprisingly busy street outside. We didn't sleep all night. The apartment is underground nd when you open the windows which are high up, you see people's legs walking past, so you could not leave them open. Such a stuff horrible place to stay.

Easy walk to Acropolis!

The location was perfect. Just off the main tourist streets. It was easy to walk to key tourist sites.

There was a problem with the plumbing. The hosts were incredibly responsive to address the issue and worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of, which we appreciated.

Great location walking distance to main attractions and train station at Syntagma Square (5-8 min walk). Comfortable apartment on pretty quiet street. Comfortable beds, clean, well equipped with a coffee machine, shower amenities and a bottle of water. Great communication from host with easy to follow entry instructions.

A big disappointment and uncomfortable stay. Description of the apartment in booking.com is inadequate/deceptive

Location

Apartment 8 (2 bedrooms 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed) is a basement apartment with 2 small windows permanently covered and on a sidewalk level (no daylight). I has a strong musky smell and mildew in the shower. There is no Kitchenette - just coffeemaker and a small refrigerator at the entrance (no microwave or hot plate, kitchen table or basic dishes). The place is not well maintained (stained walls, exposed pipes and electric wires) and feels unclean. Tiny, internal patio is shared space with several other apartments. Street is so closed to bed that one hears every passing car or person walking on a narrow sidewalk outside the basement window. Owner doesn’t provide a key but only access code which is so simple/ direct that doesn’t seem to be changed by the owner, and therefore makes the place not feel adequately secured.

Perfect location, great communication and great value for money.

The location was perfect as it was close to lots of restaurants, shops and landmarks, it was great value for money and there was great communication with the host.
