Disappointed! The couch/loveseat was very dirty and the cushions were sunken in. The fireplace was falling apart. The bathtub/shower had lukewarm water at best! You could hear neighbor dogs bark all night and the people above us walk around! There was no working ice machine on our floor. We will not be back.

I got the room because it had a hot tub or Jacuzzi. I didn't have high expectations because most rooms I get. There's usually something wrong with the Jacuzzi, like it looks like it's leaking, it's cracked on the inside. It's moldy, all that stuff or the room is not very good, but the Jacuzzi was in great shape. It worked great. The room was great. It was clean. It was, I am recommending it to everybody. I know that wants to go just on a maybe a weekend. It's only like an hour from my house.Yeah, the beach is right there.I can't say enough good things.

We have stayed at other hotels and this one is one of the best leave the parking lot and go to straight the beach they have an amazing breakfast every morning even during the week .

Elevators broken, sliding doors broken, ice machine broken. Our @ocean view room’ faced south - granted, a first floor room so that didn’t matter. Room wasn’t cleaned; hair on bathroom floor and sand on floors (again granted, it’s near the beach so that’s understandable). But.

On check in was big line, slow We lived on first floor next to laundry room, which door was always open and sounds loud, constantly noisy because of the constructions Location is very convenient, big room with fridge and microwave, two tables for having launch/dinner, comfortable and spacious

The fridge froze all our food and ruined it. Made the coke explode. The beds were uncomfortable. The elevator and hot tub didn’t work either, which wasn’t great with my back out. The walls are very thin.. the people walking around above us were so loud that I thought my husband got up, but he was sleeping.

Beautiful suite overlooking the ocean with a pretty sunset (bonus). Very helpful front desk, elevator wasn’t working but got help carrying bags upstairs. Breakfast was very good.

I've stayed at the Lighthouse when it was owned by BEST WESTERN. Since then, it appears to be going into disrepair. The elevator was not working, the hot tub was not working, the fireplace in our room was not working, and the thermostat was not working. It appears the hotel is not being well cared for. It was extremely sad to see this first hand. We loved the hotel when it was owned by BEST WESTERN.

We took Corner room with Single King bed in 3rd floor adjacent to beach road. Its a spacious room but looks little old. Lift was not working when we went there so 3 floors stairs was bit of an exercise. But compared with most of the hotels in this area this room as best ocean view . There is viewing tower please don't miss going there. Breakfast options were on par with other hotel. staff reception was good.

My mother liked the hotel. Staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The room was large and organized. It was just a bit outdated. The tub hot cold handle was backwards. So when we needed hit we had to choose the cold section. The tub and sinks were VERY slow draining. Toilet very low. Granted I did not request a handicap room, but even I had trouble getting up. The screen door to the back patio was very rusted and wouldnt close all the way. Could use those lamps that have the usb ports built into it. Breakfast was delicious with many options.

The only good thing about this hotel was it's proximity to the beach. Otherwise it was HORRIBLE. No elevators worked, there is no relief from heat except a poor excuse for a fan, the check in process was slow and awful, the parking lot was a mess, the room was disgusting. We called earlier in the day to ask what time the pool closed as our 3 children were very excited to swim after a 4 hour drive. When we arrived we were told that it closed an hour early to children (no mention of this on the phone). Breakfast was a joke. The whole experience was just awful. Waste of money!

We have tried to stay here on two separate occasions and both were absolutely terrible. Will not stay again. Loud, people next to us smoking filled our room with smoke, gaving me an instant allergic reaction and awful headache for the remainder of the first day/night. Paid for a room with a view and the bushes were so over grown we barely could see the beach or ocean. Room was so uncomfortable and hot all weekend, screen was broken so we couldn't leave door open, door to balconys lock was broken. TV gets next to no channels and no way log log in your own apps. Vending machines snacks were old and moist. The ice machine gives wet dirty tasting ice. Towels and sheets are rough and so uncomfortable. The pillows are child size half pillows. We didn't shower all weekend due to the dingy tub and rough towels. Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good and made us sick sick, I vomited the rest of the morning and my husband couldn't eat the rest of the day. Did not bother to get it the second day. Bought breakfast instead. Was the most stressful weekend and the opposite of what we had hoped for.

Very clean hotel, well kept. While I did not have any pets, this is a pet friendly hotel. The employees are very kind and helpful. Breakfast every morning is great and well stocked. The room was beautiful and clean, ours had a nice view. Overall quiet and there is a dog/smoking area with gazebo that are also very well kept. All the stores and eateries are just down the street. We will be staying here again next time we visit. Thank you!

Other than the elevator out of service everything was great. Very welcoming and supportive staff at the front desk and breakfast room. I enjoyed the pool which was extremely clean.
