You can enjoy a comfortable and tasteful living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), cable TV, DVD, gas heating, fan, and electric shutters. The living/dining room leads to a balcony measuring 14 m2, offering marvelous views of the lake, mountains, countryside, and the resort. The apartment features two rooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm in length, accompanied by fans. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm in length, also equipped with a fan. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and spans 120 m2 with four rooms.

The apartment is well-equipped with a kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules available for purchase. Other amenities consist of a washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary internet (WiFi). Two garage spaces, numbered 146 and 147, are available on the property for your convenience.
Other Information
This non-smoking apartment, named "Le Belvédère D1.4," is designed for a maximum capacity of six guests. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bathroom containing a shower and toilet, another with a bathtub and toilet, and a separate toilet room. The balcony is furnished, allowing you to enjoy the picturesque views during your vacation. Please note that the open-hearth fireplace in the living/dining room is solely for decorative purposes.
