Featuring a large equipped kitchen with open-concept living and dining areas, this space is perfect for family cooking, dining, and relaxation. The three-sided fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere for quality family time, while the natural light and bright space invite you to relax in front of the 65'' smart TV.
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the cozy rooftop deck, or take a short walk to Old Town Fort Collins to enjoy the nightlife. For outdoor enthusiasts, tubes are provided for river rafting, and you can bring your bikes/scooters (or rent them) to explore the nearby trail system.
