Unbearably hot and very little sleep.

It was clean and functional.

The room was like a furnace and there was no way to air it out. Because the room was next to the washing machine and dryers the room got incredibly hot. The only air flow in the room was a skylight that didn’t open very far and having it open meant very loud noise from the train tracks all night. It was also hard to find.

Good enough for the price

It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped but had no microwave

The bedroom had a strange smell, there was no microwave, a lot of noise made by the trains was heard in the bedroom and there was no curtains so as soon as the sun shine there was a lot of light in the room which made it impossible to sleep

Fine for a night

Very close to the bus station, cheap and easy to get in - all the instructions were emailed through prior to our arrival. Room was clean and tidy, and bathroom was clean. We only needed it for a few hours before catching a bus at 3am, so it was perfect for a short stay.

Lots of stairs to get to our room. The shared area smelled damp.

Bon logement pour un court séjour.

Bien située en centre ville avec beaucoup de chauffage. Chambre assez spacieuse pour une nuit nous ne demandions pas plus. Lit confortable et chambre agréable.

La salle de bain n'était pas très propre avec une odeur qui ne donnait pas trop envie. Malheureusement les explications pour trouver l'appartement le sont pas très claires.

Attention, une caméra de surveillance est présente dans les parties communes. Si vous voulez dormir, passez votre chemin

Les deux toilettes et douches étaient appréciable au vu du nombre de locataire qui peut être présent au même moment.

Il y avait une caméra qui filmait les parties communes, nous n’avons pas été prévenu de cela et c’est très grave. La cuisine est petite, située dans un couloir étroit. Il n’y a pas d’espace pour manger ou sur un canapé. Appartement très bruyant et impossible d’être dans le noir, il faut accepté d’être réveillé avec le soleil.

Near the train station

The setup is like a hotel. Very clean and everything you need is there. I would like to rent here again if i come back to Ljubljana.

Property and room itself was very hot! No windows besides a small sun roof window and a tiny fan was provided. Room was lovely and clean but very stuffy to sleep and spend time in.

No personal assistance. This point is not confirmed once you get the Booking on t'he web and It IS very important info. On t'he Other hand, t'he rooms are located just behind a rail station of cargo. If you Cross the window only 10 meters walking you can touche the containers

Good for a short, cheap stay where you do not need to be in the room a lot.

It was nice to have self check-in as our train arrived 1 AM. This was no problem at al. There were also more than enough showers (2) and toilets (2) (shared with only 6 people). There was also a fan, which was very necessary.

It was fairly warm, despite the fan. The building was also a bit creepy, and it was hard to find our room. The location and the walk there was also a bit dark and creepy.

I just used the room to sleep, it was tidy and clean.

Bus and train stations are 10 minutes walk away. Everything was tidy and appropriate for the price. Also, it was near the centre of the city.

Since the room was in the attic, it was kinda hot.

Not a good location if you want to have a good night sleep

Rooms with separate bathrooms.

Location of the building is above night club and striptease bar, therefore it's not a good place for rest on weekends because it's not very well sound isolated. There is no AC in room and it was hot already in May. There was a couple of bugs under the bed sheets.

The beds are comfortable and there was a hair dryer available. Bathroom and showers clean.

You can hear the train very loudly, wifi didn’t work, there is an a/c but no remote control to use it and the staff didn’t reply to our messages. There is no sink, so you have to brush your teeth in the kitchen one. Overall the area is not the best.

Improvements are needed

The owners were really attentive and nice. They were constantly helping us with our inconveniences.

We booked the room with only one window in the roof. It was really hot (even during cold days) with no ventilation - fortunately the owner provided us a fan and let us know how to open the upper window, however you cannot open it while raining which was our case. The beds were very creaky and there was not curtains on the shower which was quite inconvenient. With few improvements, the place may become much more comfortable.

Nice location and privacy. Good for interrailers or anyone who wants to save some money.

It smelled turpentine in the room and the beds where little shaky and they were creaky.
