Welcome to our home, boasting 5 opulent bedrooms and a delightful playroom. Ideal for families or large groups of up to 16 people.
Prepare to be captivated by the stunning, sleek finish of our fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for crafting gourmet meals.
The inviting dining area comfortably accommodates 10 guests, complemented by 4 additional barstools at the island for added convenience.
Step outside to our inviting seating area, where 8 guests can relax and relish the beauty of the lush yard.
Our outdoor amenities include a magnificent pool, an exclusive Pickleball court, and a cozy Fire Pit area, ensuring endless enjoyment.
Bedroom 1: Equipped with a comfortable king bed, dresser, closet, and ample natural light, this room provides the utmost comfort for two guests.
Bedroom 2: A stylish king bed, dresser, closet, and generous windows make this room perfect for a couple or solo traveler.
Bedroom 3: Similar to the previous bedrooms, this space boasts a king-sized bed, dresser, closet, and abundant natural light.
Bedroom 4: Designed with two full-sized beds, a dresser, walk-in closet, and large windows, this room easily accommodates up to four guests.
Bedroom 5: Featuring two full-sized beds, a dresser, closet, and ample windows, this room caters to the comfort of up to four guests.
Playroom: An enchanting space for kids and relaxation seekers alike, offering a convertible full-sized bed, a TV, a Billiard table, and an array of board games—pure entertainment and leisure at your fingertips.

The pool has 4 lounge chairs and a gorgeous propane Fire Pit.
**Pool Heating:
If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know 48 hours in advance! There is a $50 charge per stay to heat the pool.
PARTIES & EVENTS
We do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictates no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM.
While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking this home, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
PARKING
The driveway provides plenty of parking. We recommend not to park on the street.
POOL & SWIMMING
The pool is typically at 80-85 degrees. There will be an additional $50 per stay fee if you would like the heat turned on prior to your arrival with the temperature set to 92 degrees.
There is no life guard on duty. Vacayr Management, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related or accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
SECURITY
To ensure safety, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property. We want our guests to be as safe as possible.
SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. There is an additional $500 smoking cleaning fee if any scents of smoke are within the house.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.
