This house is as advertised. Clean with lots of amenities and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. I especially liked that there were plenty of plates, cups, forks, etc in the kitchen and more than enough beach towels to go around. In the room with the bunk bed, there's also a trundle bed for kids who might be afraid of falling out of a regular bed. Great experience! Obviously, you pay for the luxury. There were multiple additional fees that popped up before payment was finalized (administrative fee, cleaning fee, service fee, property damage protection, lodging tax), which I really wish had been disclosed at the beginning

We had a 3 night stay at this awesome seaside heights location. Accomodations were so spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would easily book here again.

I absolutely loved this house!!! It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Lots of extra things like beach chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to pull extra. Def wouldn't have brought ours to make more space in the car. The balcony was so pretty and you can see the Ferris wheel from the roof. My son loved climbing the steps to the top! The walk to the beach was only 7 minutes and easy to walk back and forth to. Only recommendations: An outdoor shower/hose attached to the spigot would have been helpful for Sandy days. I feel the property should have had 6 beach badges instead of 4 since the number of bedrooms makes sense for 3 couples. Honestly though compared to other places I've stayed, this was the nicest for sure. Would come again next year ❤️

House was exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to beach. My daughter left an AirPod and owner was kind enough to check house and ship to us .

The house is beautiful and extremely well stocked. Plenty of everything. It is comfortable and the decor is very tasteful. A block away from the beach, few blocks from water park, everything was very easy. Owner answers questions right away and is on top of things. I recommend this house if you’re looking for a great house right in the heart of Seaside Height.

We loved this house and my kids can't wait to come back. There was plenty of space and rooms for sleeping. The roof deck was perfect. We were really happy that the bunk bed was double beds so a bunch of my daughter's girlfriends could room together. Jim was easy to get in touch with and was even able to get us in early. We'll be back soon!

Communication with the property manager was easy. He was friendly, responsive and communicative. The place was updated, very clean, and fresh. The location felt safe, welcoming and convenient. We will definitely be back again because nothing beats great customer service.

The house was clean and well stocked with all of the cookware one could want. Plenty of space in the bedrooms, beds were comfy, bathrooms nice, plenty of seating. The roof was great for taking in the ocean air while front porch was perfect for escaping the sun!

First time VRBO renter and first time staying in Seaside Heights! This house exceeded my expectations! Spotless! Beautifully decorated! Parking for 2-vehicles! Walking distance to boardwalk! Would definitely consider renting this place again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this beach house. The finishes were luxurious, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there was so much space. The rooftop deck was the highlight of the trip- you can see out to the bay on the left side and the boardwalk, rides, and beach to the right. We enjoyed sitting up there in our own private oasis. Would definitely stay here again.

This home exceeded our expectations! The house is right near the boardwalk. It has a gorgeous roof deck, which was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunrise. The house is new and well decorated with all the conveniences and essentials a family needs to make packing stress free. We will be returning next year!
