Fatma Kamal in reception helped me a lot , and the bar tenders in Nur bar always make good cocktails. The main pool is big and clean

Stayed in the best local hotel with many nuances

The brand new hotel. Location is good (really difficult to judge since I am first time in Egypt). The owners made hotel look great and inject lots of necessary services.

In winter it is very cold in rooms at night (rooms are designed for +30 but not for +10). Climate control systems doesn’t work for heating properly. Many “children’s sicknesses” so far. If you didn’t buy all inclusive you dramatically over pay for everything. Spa is in front of hotel and terrible in terms of price / quality correlation. Hope the hotel spa will be good once it will be opened.

Amazing more than wee expected

Amazing service. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful always going the extra mile. The staff are great at getting to know you and customising your experience. Good was amazing plenty to choose from. Room was lovely and so was pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel definitely worth the money.

Nothing that a didn’t like but a couple improvements would be good. - WiFi was off and on -WiFi coverage could be improved -longer tour on arrival and more information -more water provided in room would be good - had a wee problem with a group of teenagers playing music out a portable speaker by the pool. Disrupting everyone peace. So maybe staff need to be a bit more disciplined and not always so nice.

WORST service ever experienced! NOT WOTRH THE MONEY AT ALL!

The service was terrible, the receptionists were very inefficient, and ask us to wait more than HALF AN HOUR to check in, and no manner at all. We were there first but the receptionist turn to help other people. WORST service ever experienced! NOT WOTRH THE MONEY AT ALL!

Marvelous and peaceful

It is obvious that SERRY has a magnificent management that appears in the details of the place and the staff who is been selected based on high criteria(it seems). It is the the first time I spent almost ten day in a hotel where I don’t face any uncomfortable feeling from any one of the staff. I can’t mention names because all the staff are heroes. In reception I can remember Abdul monaem, Fatimah Hisham. In Sofrah I can remember Ayah. Honestly all the staff. This place is piece of paradise. In sort word it is flawless. Thanks for the management because I like the success and they did it. Ibrahim 🇸🇦

I recently had the great pleasure of staying at the newly built Serry Beach Resort during my vacation, and I must say it was an amazing experience that surpassed all my expectations. One aspect that truly caught my attention during my stay was the level of exceptional service provided by the entire team. In particular, I would like to commend the amazing receptionist, Monaem. From the moment I entered the resort, Monaem offered a warm and genuine welcome that made me feel like a cherished guest at Serry Beach Resort. His professionalism and attention to detail were perfect throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed to truly enjoy a memorable vacation. Monaem was a reliable source of information and provided interesting recommendations about nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, and activities based on my preferences. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests was evident in his willingness to fulfill any request. Whether it was arranging reservations, providing transportation, or even offering valuable tips, his hospitality and warm reception to guests were truly exceptional. The resort boasts tastefully decorated and well-appointed rooms, offering breathtaking views either of the sea or the charming gardens. Additionally, the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room design added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Awesome service & hospitality.

The location is perfect. The hotel was designed beautifully. The lobby lounge was a great location with cosy, relaxed vibes. The room is spacious and clean, with an astonishing view from the balcony. The food was fresh and amazing; there was a different selection every day. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Hussam, Bassam, and Ibrahim were always attentive and willing to assist with any request or inquiry. Extremely nice staff; they were helpful, friendly, and attentive. There are amazing shows and activities every day. I would absolutely come back.

The BEST Hotel I have EVER stayed in.

This new hotel is just amazing. Starting with the breakfast which was just delicious. 10/10. So many options to choose from sweet to savoury. They cook fresh omelettes / any type of eggs to your liking in front of you. They offer fresh juices and their coffee is amazing! Even the location itself for breakfast and dining is absolutely stunning, super clean and relaxing. I was looking forward to waking up every morning to be honest. The service is amazing. Waiters are extremely kind, always asking you if you need something. Everything you see on the picture is what you get and more! Bassem at reception was incredible, he took care of everything we needed with our amazing room he gave us - he was so professional and kind. Ayman who is working near the swimming pool made sure we had everything we needed. They also have a stunning private beach area and even have their own beach club at the hotel for lounging. Me and my boyfriend had the most relaxing holiday - we will be coming back with family for sure and hope to see Bassem and Ayman again. They really made us feel like this was our second home. I did not want to leave! :D
