The kitchen features an oversized island, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and a wine chiller. The open and grand living area features custom beams and shiplap walls. Head outdoors to enjoy the perfect entertaining area with a huge scenic covered deck, atrium like hot tub area and direct waterfront access!

The Neighborhood:
Jamaica Beach is its own community located about 10 minutes from the heart of Galveston and is part of the island’s West End offering restaurants, grocery, and beach-worthy activities. Jamaica Beach has access to the Gulf side as well as the Bay side (house dependent) and also has its own fire and police department plus city park with community public pool. Jamaica Beach's boat launch is restricted. If you plan on bringing a boat, the closest public launch is at Waterman's off Stewart Road about 3 miles east of Jamaica Beach.

And after a day of activities, stop by one of the nearby popular hangouts - The West End Marina & Restaurants, The Waterman Seafood Grill and/or Cafe Michael Burger for a fun atmosphere to enjoy snacks, cocktails or meal!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

12 OF US STAYED- GREAT LOCATION ON CANAL & CLOSE TO BEACH- HOUSE WAS GREAT UNTIL WE WENT TO BED THE FIRST NIGHT- DOWNSTAIRS APARMENT INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES THAT CRAWLED ON US WHILE SLEEPING. THEY DROPPED A CAN OF RAID OFF FOR ME TO SPRAY A COUPLE DAYS LATER WHICH THEY HAVE NOW TOLD ME I WAS EXAGGERATING ABOUT THE PROBLEM, MY GRANDKIDS WOULD DISAGREE. WE DID NOT LAST DOWNSTAIRS LONG BECAUSE STORM ALBERTO FLOODED US OUT OF THE DOWNSTAIRS AND LEFT US STRANDED FOR A COUPLE DAYS AT THE HOUSE ON THE UPPER LEVEL- I REALIZE THE STORM IS OUT OF THE OWNERS OR VRBO'S HANDS BUT WHEN I REACH OUT FOR SOME GUIDANCE AS TO WHAT WE NEED TO DO TO PREPARE - OR LEAVE WE HEAR NOTHING, AND A MATTER OF FACT MY MESSAGES KEPT GETTING DELETED- BUT THE OWNER OF THE HOME DID CALL HIS NEIGHBOR TO COME CHECK ON HIS BOAT JUST NOT ON US.
THE COMMUNICATION UP UNTIL ALL THIS WAS GREAT BUT ONCE THE COMPLAINT WENT OUT ABOUT TO COCKROACHES IT WENT SILENT.
WE RENT THROUGH VRBO 3-4 TIMES A YEAR THIS WAS THE FIRST FOR US THE LACK OF CARING AND CONCERNING WAS A LITTLE ALARMING ESPECIALLY SINCE WE ARE NOT FROM THIS AREA.

Lovely place with a high end hotel feel. Would highly recommend.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay! It’s been updated inside with the cutest decor, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed plus some! Only downside was sheers on the windows, so once the sun was up, the rooms were BRIGHT! Property manager was quick to respond with any question. My girls enjoyed the kayaks, my husband loved fishing off the canal, and we all loved the beach & restaurants nearby.
