Nice place if you don’t want to cook

Modern and clean, close to the beach

The kitchen equipment was hardly available. There was no frying pan, no cooking pot, no garbage can, only three dirty mugs, no tea towel or washing-up liquid. After we complained we at least got a small pan, garbage can and cup. The rest, however, the reception said was not part of the equipment. We were a bit disappointed because we had booked this apartment specifically because of the kitchen and couldn't use it properly.

Not recommended.

Newer building.

The noise level from the street at night was atrocious. Kitchen was not equipped for meal preparation. Pull out bed was horrible. Stained bedding and towels. Only 2 sun tan beds for the whole building. Small, non-heated pool.

Would not stay again.

Clean renovated unit located close to Centro Historico and south end of Malecon

Located on a very busy street one half block from south end of Malecon. The street is used as a turn around for the procession of loud vehicles with music blaring from early evening until early hours from Thursday to Sunday. Try to sleep with ear plugs or not at all. Kitchen barely has any cooking pots, pans, etc. The unit only had 1 frying pan, no pots, etc.

Nos Gusto mucho el Condo

Nos gusto mucho. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la Plaza Machado. Muy bonitas instalaciones, nuevas. 7 meses tiene la construcción.

Los carros pegan en la rampa del estacionamiento. No servia la secadora y nos dejaron ropa mojada en la lavadora. No nos dejaron toallas extras y ropa de cama para el sofá cama, que se habían pedido previo al check in. Por el momento fue un problema ya que llegamos tarde, pero la señorita de recepción nos solucionó el problema. No estaba muy limpio el baño y el cristal de la regadera.

Un lugar muy bonito, muy cómodo, limpio, con buena ubicación. El personal muy amable y atentos todo el tiempo. Tiene todas las comodidades. 100% recomendable.

Had potential but overall a disappointment.

Good location

No supplies in the kitchen for cleaning dishes. Nothing. No dish cloths. Not even a sponge or soap. We went to buy our own. The front desk ladies were disconnected, into their phones or head in the computer. The suite was very bare bones. Not very cozy. Sterile, like a clinic of sorts. The bed sheet on the king was stained.

Lovely. I would stay there again.

Very nice. But my room overlooked the street and there was a lot of traffic noise at night. Loud cars and loud music. But not semis, just locals cruising.

The towel racks had fallen from the walls, and were placed under the sink, but it was not a problem for me. The kitchen pack needed a wash cloth, a dish towell, and a drying rack. A few more utensels would have helped. There was no wine cork opener.

ME ENCANTÓ EL DEPARTAMENTO, HERMOSO TODO, RECAMARAS BANOS, SALA Y COCINA LINDISIMA LA VISTA DE COSTADO AL MALECON Y EL MAR Y AL FRENTE A LO LEJOS LA CATEDRAL... LA ALBERCA MUY LINDA Y LA VISTA, AL ESTAR EN EL ULTIMO PISO ESPECTACULAR. VOLVEREMOS SIN PENSARLO EN LA ALBERCA HAY ASADOR Y AUN NO TENIAN NI SILLAS NI MESAS PERO LA EMPLEADA NOS DEJO LLEVAR UNA MESA CON SILLAS QUE TIENEN EN EL PRIMER PISO, UN DIEZ PARA ELLOS POR SUPLIR LO QUE FALTABA

LOS ACCESORIOS DE LOS BANOS ESTABAN CAIDOS TODOS LOS TOALLEROS, UNA LASTIMA QUE NO HAYAN CHECADO CON LA CONSTRUCTORA PORQUE ES LO UNICO EN ESOS DEPARTAMENTOS TAN LINDOS QUE SE VEIA BARATO Y DE MALA CALIDAD, ESTUVIMOS EN 401, 402 Y 406 Y SOLO COMO COMENTARIO, EN LA ALBERCA HAY AREA DE ASADOR PERO NO HAY NI MESAS NI SILLAS OJALÁ Y LO TOMEN EN CUENTA

El estacionamiento no es funcional a menos que cuentes con una 4x4 La imagen de la alberca no concuerda en realidad es un chapoteadero El personal no lo encuentras ni para facturar ni para surtir papel sanitario con eso de que no hay servicio de limpieza Las cucarachas

Beautiful new property with a friendly staff but got no rest.

This is a new build with quality fixtures in a good location in Olas Altas. Unit was cute and comfortably appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for and received a one hour early access to our studio condo. The off season price was right.

The unit was not clean. The floors had not been swept and mopped. The bathroom mirror was dirty as well as the counters in the kitchen and bathroom. The microwave was splashed with some kind of red grease. The bed had been made but the sheets had not been changed. There was a new washer dryer in the unit and we washed and made up the bed ourselves. But the real problem was the noise from the traffic on that corner. A man hole cover in the street directly in front of the property clanged all night. The noise from motorcycles, pulmonias and traffic was like trying to sleep on a freeway.

The only thing I liked honestly was that it was in a calm area other than that they need a lot to work on!

It was in a calm/ safe area.

The elevators weren’t working for almost two days I was there for three days. Majority of the time there was no receptionist. Sometimes they would close during the afternoon 2-3 and it had a sign saying the receptionist will be back at 9pm. They didn’t offer to clean my room the three days I was there.
