A beautiful new addition for Autumn 2022, Muscle Shoals is situated in the heart of the old part of Seahouses. The spacious property is finished to a high standard with contemporary décor and furniture throughout. It also benefits from parking for up to 2 cars and private enclosed garden.
The property is just a stone's throw away from the harbour, beach and town centre amenities including supermarket, gift shops, leisure facilities and an array of pubs, restaurants and not forgetting the hugely popular fish & chip shops.Whether taking a boat trip to the Farne Islands, walking along the beautiful coastline or exploring inland the property is an ideal base all year round. The nearest golf course also within ½ a mile.

Lounge with large comfy sofa, snuggle chair, log burner (fuel not provided available locally) along with Smart TV with convenient connection point that will allow you to easily connect to most games console's .
Conservatory with additional seating leading out into the garden
Large open plan kitchen/diner with electric oven, Induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Krups coffee maker and drinks cooler.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space leading to a small downstairs shower room with wash hand basin, heated towel rail and W/C
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed and large wardrobe
Bedroom 2 with king-size bed (zip/link, can be two single beds).
Bedroom 3 with double bed and bunk beds
Family bathroom with rainfall shower over bath, heated towel rail, wash hand basin, W/C and underfloor heating.
Second shower room and WC downstairs, with sink and heated towel rail.

Parking for 2 cars. Private enclosed garden to rear of property with contemporary garden furniture and pergola offering additional shelter if desired. Oil central heating throughout on HIVE controlled system. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome. All power(EV Charging not permitted), linen and towels included in the rent. *Ocean Club Membership - Entrance fee applicable.

Enclosed gardens, patio area, patio furniture, pergola. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking, Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 1.2 miles. Note: Fuel for woodburning stove not provided but available to buy locally. Note: Ocean Leisure Club Membership (Entrance fee payable). Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
