Modeled after the charming coastal homes of Cape Cod and Nantucket, this gorgeous 3-story retreat features hardwood floors, shiplap walls, and vintage touches that bring a coastal bygone era back to life. The Sonos sound system sets the mood for any vacation as guests sink into cloud-soft furniture for family movie nights in the open living area. A wet bar with a wine fridge simplifies hosting, while the 8-person dining table and 4-stool breakfast bar ensure enough room for everyone. Pale blues and creamy whites with brass finishes adorn the gourmet kitchen, boasting high-end appliances—including a La Cornue French oven and 6-burner cooktop. Step onto the screened porch, where comfortable wicker furniture and a natural gas grill overlook the garden for perfect alfresco dining. The second-floor landing opens to a sunlit sitting area ideal for watching TV or playing Backgammon. This floor features 3 lovely guest bedrooms with king beds and 2 versatile bunk rooms with twin-over-full beds, each with a 32" TV.
Enjoy the third-floor game room, boasting a 55" TV, 2 queen sleeper sofas, pool table, and vintage video game console with a classic catalog of games—including Pac-Man and Donkey Kong! There’s also a laundry room for convenience.
