The House itself, the view of the beach and the countryside, the surrounding national park, swimming in the early morning, I liked everything.

please invest some money and profesional advice how to run a business

the location

nearly £300 for a room for 4 (2kids and 2 adults) with buffet breakfast I was expecting a bit more quality instead we got a disaster place in a very hot summer without air conditioning only two cheap ventilators which keeps moving the dust from one side of the room to the other. imposible to open the windows as the cobwebs were all over the place and getting all the dust from the outside, hard and old mattresses. it could be a beautiful place but the is a lack of management and experience in this kind of business. the breakfast was very poor, no many options and cheap quality, glassware needs to be wash properly as they were stinky. swimming pool was dirty, the maintenance/chef/only one staff asked if we would like to go in the water, of course we said no thanks, no outdoor showers and considering is by the sea and it has a dirty swimming pool it could be added. and to make our full experience unforgettable, the day of the check out there was no water or electricity so he had to leave the hotel without shower, we are going to try to find a place to have a shower and get ready for a birthday in a couple of hours. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, please stay away from here if you want to have a good holidays, otherwise get ready for an unforgettable experience.

The property is in a superb position but it has seen better days. The site photos are from a long time ago. There is certainly no breakfast trays in bed as pictured. The lovely pool is shabby , the few loungers are old and there are no parasols making it impossible to spend more than 15 minutes there when it is hot. No water is provided in the fridge, there was no mention that this hotel is bed and breakfast only with no bar .Breakfast is adequate but it’s very much fend for yourself. There was no manager or owner when we were there though the 2 men in charge on subsequent days were welcoming and helpful. No hairdryer in the room but one provided on asking ( though it was broken, and they did have another)

Sorry , in wrong order. The property is lovely and in a superb position. We had a beautiful sea view from our large top bedroom.

Awful and disappointing that I have had no response from the hotel on my follow up messsge for refund, no response from

I never really got the chance to experience the hotel as I checked out as soon as I saw the room.

I travel a lot, both work & leisure yet have never experienced such an appalling room. As soon as you walked in it was cold and smelt damp, odd given it’s still 24C during the day in Spain. On closer inspection the paper was coming off the walls it was so damp, cracking and staining throughout bedroom and mould in the bathroom. I briefly sat on the bed and the bedding was damp too. Truly amazed that anyone would place a guest in such a room. I had to book elsewhere as I couldn’t stay there.

It's a very special location with the river and the sea next by, very beautiful. The rooms have a unique look. The bathroom was amazing with a big bath. 😍 the view is fantastic specially when the sun rise

I enjoyed the hotel because we could walk to the beach and have long walks on the sand late afternoon and watch the sunset - This is nice and relaxing hotel but if you want little restaurants or cafes near you this is not the place. I enjoyed coming back after visiting towns around.

Love the stay

The location: it has a direct road to the quiet part of the beach The room: the room is big and airy, with a perfect view of the garden and sunrise The house: it is a charming farm house with a huge garden and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool

Very charming rural house very well remodeled years ago, furniture and facilities with taste but a little decadent on the way is maintained Good atmosphere Friendly staff

They were undertaking maintenance painting and plastering work during high season. Breakfast served in a non adequate crockery according to Gardening poor

A place with a tremendous potential, but with so many disapponting features!

The location is amazing, the whole place has a huge potential, but unfortunately many things are very unsatisfactory, and the whole experience left us disappointed.

The building needs to be painted on the outside The sun lounges of the rooms and swimming pool are old and damaged and need replacing The path to the pool should be paved The room in which we were had no AC and especilly no window, so we had to sleep with the door open, and the fan on The Nescafé and Coca Cola distributors were a real turn off!
