House was pleasant surprise. Upon first arrival I wasn’t sure what to expect, however once inside we were pleased. Plenty of room, house could easily sleep 11 depending on sleeping arrangements. Close proximity to Truist park, only 7.5 miles and easy commute. Quiet neighborhood with no incidents. Restaurants within close proximity as well.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We encountered some issues with the code getting into the house, but we were able to call and get a key out of a lock box in order to get into the house. The house was very clean when we came in the space was huge. Plenty of beds for everyone. We did have some issues with the air conditioning not freely flowing throughout the house. Some rooms were far hotter than others. This only tended to be a struggle at night when some of the rooms were a little too warm to sleep. About partway through our stay we had ants come in. It seems like they were coming in through the spare bathroom and there were a bunch of them. Not a big deal for us, but of note. The amenities were great and the kitchen had everything we could want! Overall good stay and would definitely stay again.

Good location in midtown. Close to several good restaurants like Antico Pizza Neapolitan. A little dark with small windows though.

The location was perfect. The house was clean but had a closed up musty smell. Overall the house was nice I will stay there again.

This space is great for a large group; we did have a few plumbing issues when we arrived, but the property management teams was quick and responsive.

It's a lot bigger inside than it looks in pictures. It's kept clean. It's right around corner from Kroger. It's close to many good restaurants and venues. It doesn't overstate the parking situation. It is tight. We had a great time, thanks for the VRBO

Nice spacious house with a really nice yard. It is centrally located and near many dining and shopping options. The only challenge was parking. Not much space available for more than a few cars.

The house was so beautiful it fit all of us perfectly! The pictures just don’t do this home justice. We had some small complications (on my end) but it was resolved instantly! All of our activities were very close to the home so that made things so much better I would stay here again but probably with a smaller group just my preference! Realistically 10 people could stay here but we comfortably slept about 7 with 1-2 ppl in each bed
