Perfecta!! Tanto para ir con niños,con pareja o simplemente para desconectar

Era todo formidable y el personal un 10 A los dos dias de estar en Alojamiento,nos llamo nuestro hijo diciendo que habia tenido un accidente,,,como padres normales,,,de vuelta corriendo a Alcoy. El Hotel,,casi sin preguntar nos ha dado un Bono para recuperar dias. De verdad que muchas gracias a la Gerencia por dicho acto totalmente voluntario Muchas gracias de verdad

Lekker even bijkomen

Het hotel is onderdeel van een evenementenpark met vooral ziplines. Daar merk je in het hotel niets van. Het is een rustige omgeving. Er is aan alles gedacht. Het is verzorgd, degelijk en schoon. Ook de kamers uiteraard. Lekker stil en prima bedden. En een goed ontbijt in het uitstekende restaurant.

De gebruiksaanwijzing van de airco en verwarming kan beter. Er zijn twee afzonderlijke thermostaten in de kamer. Het duurde even voordat ik dat door had.

Just one word… Fantastic

everything. Kindness of staff, situation, our kids were sad to leave… Breakfast was pretty good. We will come back, and for a more longer stay.

Amazing place, the view of the mountain was incredible, great breakfast and the outdoor activities was fantastic.

The Staff needs some training in customer service satisfaction.

Great location surrounded by nature - definitely unbeatable. Also loved the animals around, horses, sheep...

Staff not speaking English very well, makes it hard to communicate. The restaurant is not living up to expectations (raw burger patty, wrong bill, staff chatting but no service, not possible to sit outside with great weather) - try to avoid and either bring your own food or go to Irrisarri lands taverna close by (closes at 7!).

Highly recommended hotel with amazing surrounding!

Room: Very spacious, clean and stylishly furnished room. It also had a small kitchen with sink, dishes, microwave and refrigerator. Smells like the spa area, very pleasant and inviting. We had the top floor room and the Windows in my opinion were a bit small to contemplating the views. Surroundings: Simply stunning, very quiet and relaxing. The pool with the lawn is great and you have a great view while sunbathing. The area is for guests only, so not much tourism. There are no restaurants, bars or stores on the mountain, only the food service of the resort. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, couldn't have been better. Conclusion: If you want to switch off for a few days, this is the right place. Children have fun in the adventure land. The nature is phenomenal.

Restaurant: The restaurant in the hotel was unfortunately a bit disappointing. Quite expensive for the quality of the food. Room: The water in our shower was leaking a bit from the sides.
