It's a place where everything happens and within walking distance of restaurants, clubs strip mall shopping area! You'll feel like you are in paradise with its amazing views of yachts and boats cruising by every day.

Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away. Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts where it isn't allowed.

LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, so it might be noisy if you are very sensitive.

If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.

This property is Dog-Friendly (15lbs or smaller). We need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog. An extra $250 USD cleaning fee per dog will apply without exception; last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
