The living areas in this four-storey home consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and radio, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a first-floor living/dining room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of one super-king-size (zip/link), one with a TV and a regular super-king, a third-floor double with TV, and a third-floor twin, serviced by a bathroom and a second-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and a garage for one car. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and stairgates are installed. Escape to Devon at 39 Victoria Road. Note: Limited head space up to third floor; please take care. Note: This home accommodates a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
