Excellent Stay

Clean and tidy kitchen and living area with modern furniture. Close proximity to City Square and JB sentral. Plenty of f&b options around.

Pillows were too high causing neck strains😢 bathrooms weren't as clean as the rest of the apartment.

Great facilities and clean room

The room was fully furnished, with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, iron, etc. It was also very clean. The condo facilities were also good. Theres a fully equipped gym, and extra space with mirrors to do yoga. Swimming pool was amazing, and there's also a study room and leisure room which is a good place for work retreats. Sauna was closed, hence was not able to go.

No toothbrush provided and the only soap provided was a 2-in1 shampoo body soap. I definitely encourage you to bring your own toiletries. Also, only one bath towel per pax is provided. Contact person did not update me, hence i only checked in at 4pm even when i wanted to cgeck in earlier. Hence, advise you to just text them if urgent instead of waiting for their replies.

Small apartment close to JB sentral.

We really liked having a washing machine. The pool looked lovely although we didn’t use it.

The property was quite basic but clean. Although we realised the property was small there could have been more shelves and hooks in the bathroom. I sent a message regarding collecting the keys which was not replied to and therefore it took us longer to check in.

Would definitely book this place again the next round we are back in JB!

Fantastic location. Within walking distance to the JB CIQ. We loved the interior decor of the place. Simple and tasteful. The beds are very comfortable and we have a nice clear view of the causeway from the balcony. The facilities are awesome, especially the swimming pool and gym. They even have sauna and steam room! Wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities. Didn't get a chance to play the mahjong! LOL

it was so fun to hang out with my grandparents

it was super near ciq so dont need to worry about traffic or missing my train back home

floors were a bit cold so room slippers would be amazing!

It was a serene and wholesome host by everyone there.

I like that the location was close to custom checkpoint.

I dislike that the sauna room was not usable because we do not know how to operate it.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay at Twin Tower Residence three-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and fully furnished, with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped (with electric stove, pots & pans, microwave, kettle, big fridge) and the bathroom was clean and modern. We also loved the view from the balcony, which overlooked the city. Easy access to the the city- JB/ Iskandar Puteri. The online staff of the Twin Tower Residence were very friendly and helpful. They were always quick to respond to our requests and easy self check-in/out. The quality of the furniture and amenities is top-notch. They are all new and have been well-maintained. There are two washing machines available for guests to use. The swimming pools are large and private. We have 2 parking lots (can fit 4 cars) available during our stay. We would definitely recommend Twin Tower Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Johor Bahru, especially travelling with big family, including kids and baby. We really enjoyed our stay here, but the only thing that would have made it better is if there was a Netflix account and a broom available for the guest. And the apartment is new so there is construction noise from the other units. Thank you Stayrene!

The tower is nearly finished The city of Johor Bahru itself: - no interest if your are not muslim (access of mosquées forbidden in that case) - many sightseeings were closed Women cannot access swimming pool wearing bikini

Overall, excellent stay

Responsive friendly owner. Check in was swift and fuss free. Fast wifi. Very new facilities and interior.

Some noise as the neighbours were renovating (it is a new condominium with many haven't moved in yet). Didn't provide toothbrush. Both are minor inconveniences

Can really think of any after 2 nights stay. Overall experience is poor.

Is new resident property, actually sld not offer for rent/homestay at this moment. Many renovation carry on around, even weekend non stop drilling and knocking. 8am+ already start till late evening. How to get rest, facility is not fully completed, dust everyway. Most important are the room offered are not safety certified. It sld be illegal partition out (if not mistaken). Door within door. If fire department inspection sure 100% fail. Really wonder how can the twin tower management approved the change of building structure. RM200+ pernight should rent a 3/4stars hotel instead of this property.

Excellent spot for family getaway as it is near happening areas.

Very neat and clean with comfortable vibe. Place is equipped with kitchenware and rooms have hangers.

The bed had a little smell but easily resolved with disinfectant spray. Was super comfortable 👍🏻

The dining was set up nicely. Beds are comfy. Loving the pool for kids and adults are huge and clean.
