Excellent - I liked the instructions for check in - very clear

Kept up to date by the owners, very responsive to my questions. Everything was as I expected, good location and everything I needed. Good selection of teas (as I like herbal) and biscuits!

Excellent!

Booked very last minute, a lovely place and gorgeous room with all we needed . Met the owners as we left and they were so friendly and kind . We will definitely be booking again ! 😀

Overall stay was OK

it was comfortable A bit pricey for the room size and facilities Very convenient check in process which means i don't have to wait for anyone to check me in

Biscuit in room was opened, this was super weird and not at all comfortable Made me question the attention to detail in the cleaning process toilet seat was wobbly this needs to be sorted Car parking was a struggle, but managed to squeeze in the small space obstructed by overgrown bush on the right hand side. Other amenities was OK.

Clean and pleasant B&B

Tastefully presented, clean, large, modern bedroom and bathroom.

The road noise was a big issue even with the windows closed! Unfortunately it was unseasonably hot and I couldn't open the windows due to the noise. There was a fan provided, which I was really grateful for. I felt it was a little overpriced given there was no option for breakfast and would suggest a small fridge should be provided so guests can keep milk or a snack fresh for their breakfast. The bed was too soft and bouncy for my own personal comfort, may suit others.

Lovely property. No issue with no breakfast. Let down by inconsiderate guests in other rooms.

Well kept property. The room I had was spacious and had its own patio area. Huge bathroom and four poster bed. Bed is a long way from the TV so it is quite small and feel it needs a bigger screen for a room that size.

This isn’t the property’s fault but I got very little sleep due to other guests continually exiting their room and the main front door which was quite loud in my room and I couldn’t go to sleep until they had. Then they got up at 5am to leave and they did not think about the other guests and that they would still be sleeping so I was also up at 5am and unable to go back to sleep. Very unfortunate as everything else was worth the money and I liked the room and the bed was comfortable. I would have liked to have been more rested for my day of meetings ahead and after a long journey from Bournemouth.

Perfect

Property was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The location was perfect for what we were in the area for. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The whole building was well presented and looked after.

Delightful - will be back again.

Lovely space - felt secure. Balcony was really nice to relax. Shower was lovely and hot. Bed was very comfy!

A comfortable stay and would be happyy to go again.

Did not partake of breakfast as we had to make an early departure so did not have any interaction face to face with staff but overall a favourable impression.

Overall the accommodation was very comfortable. Could do with some glasses for drinking water in the bathroom/bedroom. Very peaceful quiet location.

Distance to the uni for my graduation! Very spacious for my family and I and room was very clean 👍🏽the bathroom was also really nice was enjoyable to have a bath properly! Nice and peaceful area.
