Located on the North End of the island and on a canal, Manatee Lookout is a quick walk to the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. The Gulf of Mexico is calling your name!

Load up the elevator with your luggage and let your vacation begin. The second level features the kitchen, living and dining rooms and the four bedrooms. With plenty of seating options for dining, there is room for everyone to enjoy a meal inside or outside on the patio while enjoying the island breezes.

Each guest room is furnished with a king-sized bed and includes an ensuite bathroom. One of the guest rooms has access to a balcony and each bedroom includes a TV, and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling pool and spa are highlights of the resort style backyard. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, chaise lounges, and a fire pit table with Adirondack chair seating The covered poolside entertainment area provides relaxation out of the sun with a TV, bar, lounge furniture, and ping pong and pool tables. Guests will also enjoy the putting green, cornhole and private dock on the canal.

Manatee Lookout is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is eight.

The owner's boat is on the boat lift. The remainder of the dock can accommodate a 25' boat.

House was great and location is perfect. Not even 2 blocks from the beach. House is huge a lot of entertainment area. We didn’t get to use it with younger kids around. We used the hot tub it was great. Couple things we didn’t like is that the pool wasn’t warm they said it says around 86 degrees and it wasn’t so we didn’t use the pool. Another thing is that you have to buy detergent, trash bags, cooking oil and everything you need. Overall the house and location are great no house is perfect. I would definitely come back with the family

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Manatee Lookout. It's a beautiful home with beautiful furnishings. The outdoor space is amazing. Great location to beach & restaurants. We would definitely come again.

We rent a house in Anna Maria every year during Christmas/New Year. This property, while gorgeous, does not have adequate pool heating equipment to keep the pool heated unless it is above 70 degrees outside. If it drops at all the heater can't keep up and the pool takes many days to get up to temp. The pool was only warm for 3 of the the 21 days we stayed there. We contacted the property management on several occasions and their only solution was an apology and to let us know the pool will not heat up if its cold outside. What is the point of offering a heated pool if the only time it can be heated is when its warm outside? We spoke to the pool guy when he came out the first week and he told us the type of pool heater installed does not have enough power to heat the pool in a timely manner if it is cold outside. I would strongly suggest anyone who considers renting this property to be prepared for a cold pool. The rest of the house is well decorated and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and the pool table/ping pong table is a nice add on. The house does not have any kayaks or SUP's which would be a nice amenity since the property is on a canal. The icing on the cake is they finally sent someone out to take a look at the heater at 3pm on out last day!! What a joke. Then they called the day we left to follow up to see if the issue with the pool was resolved. Needless to say I will not be returning and will never use AMI Accommodations for vacation rentals as they do not seem to have any sort of customer service or management that follows up on issues.

Talk about a beautiful property that is filled with fun activities for guests of all ages (Our family members ranged from 16 - 85 years old.). The house has everything a family could need to have fun even without visiting the beach. A crosswalk at the end of the street makes the short walk to the beach a breeze and the overall location of the house makes it easy to go anywhere in town quickly. The pictures truly do not do this house justice! The rooms, and bathrooms, are much larger in person. We would definitely stay here again.
