Great location, great neighbourhood, close to metro, clean and tasteful

It was very cold upon our arrival, the heaters are quite small compared to the big sizes of the rooms. The tiny heater in the bedroom to the right from the entrance was not working at all, but the host replyed quickly and fixed the heater the next day.

Stay far, far away.

Great location and spacious, bright flat. Comfy beds. If it wasn't for the disastrous management explained below, we would have been happy.

Upon arrival with our two hungry and tired kids (baby and a toddler), we were met by an empty lock box. The key wasn't there. It was 4 pm, as this was the earliest time to check in unless paying a high fee for early check-in. We called them over and over again with noone picking up, stress levels rose as it was pouring down and it was already dark outside. We were convinced that we had been scammed. Family and friends were already on their way to the flat since we had planned a get together. As we couldn't start to cook dinner in time, the whole evening was ruined and we had to cancel with our friends. Some frozen grocery items we had bought were spoiled. We felt shaky from uncertainty, anger and stress. We decided to crash at a family members place on the other side of town. On our way there they called back. A woman acted surprised and asked if we were sure the key wasn't there. She called us back later still to say the keys were there now. We chose between trusting her, turning around and trying to get into the apartment, or keep traveling to the family member's place where at least we were sure of getting the kids away from the cold and rain and feeding them. We chose the latter. Later in the evening we took a chance and returned to the flat. We indeed got the key at that time. The woman we talked to promised us a big compensation, and said their finance department would contact us soon. This NEVER happened. We called her again days later. She said they'd for sure reach out. Noone has reached out (I'm writing this almost 1.5 months after we visited). All they've kept doing is sending me messages asking for a 10 star review. I've replied each time that I'm not going to review until the compensation. And almost like a joke they kept messaging about the damn 10 star review. Stay away, this company give zero f*cks.

Comfortable and beautiful

The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a very good location. It was easy to check in and out. We got good information from the host. We enjoyed our stay very much.
