About this house rental

This single level home is minutes away from Downtown Reno, Riverwalk District, UNR, and Rancho San Rafael Park - home of the Reno Hot Air Balloon Races! With easy access to Hwy. 80, you will be no farther than 15 minutes to anywhere in the Biggest Little City in the World, and only 45 min. to beautiful Lake Tahoe!

Bedrooms:
This home includes 4 private bedrooms. All bedrooms include dressers, closets, and Smart TV’s with either Amazon Fire Stick or Roku for easy access to your personal apps. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a full-sized desk (in case you need to sneak in some work during your stay). Bedroom 4 has two XL twin beds that can be converted to one King bed, by request. Air mattresses are also available when needed.

Baths:
There are two full baths - both are newly remodeled.

Living Room:
Our living room is set up for relaxing and watching some TV or movies. There is a large sectional sofa that seats 5–6 people and includes 3 reclining seats. There is also a 2-seat recliner. The built-in ceiling speakers, sound bar, and base speakers create a movie theater feel. Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick. Pop some popcorn, grab a blanket, and settle in to watch your favorites.

Dining Room:
The separate dining room is set up to seat 8 people. An additional leaf can be added to comfortably seat 10. The kitchen is equipped with place settings, dishes, glassware, and serving platters/bowls for your gathering.

Family/Game Room:
The living room is for relaxing…. this room is for FUN! Foosball, darts, poker, classic video games, puzzles and board games, access to backyard with even more games! All this with an electric fireplace and a Smart TV playing your favorite music, sports, etc. in the background.

Kitchen:
The newly remodeled kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need during your stay.

The covered patio includes patio table and chairs, gas fire pit, gas BBQ grill, an arcade-style dual basketball game with electronic scoreboard, and corn hole. Paper plates, Solo cups, and plasticware are provided so you can relax and unwind.

Front Patio:
You will enter the home through the enclosed front patio. Security lights have been installed for both your security and to help guide you to the front door, should you arrive after dark.

Our whole family of 7 met up to set the youngest sibling up at UNR. The house served as a comfortable gathering place where we enjoyed all the provisions. Advertised w/ game room was the seller to the kids. Mom loved the laundry. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed each other’s company. Home and grounds were clean and inviting.Michael and Cathy attended us well and ensured we were able to get in early and answered our questions.We had the best time! Thank you!

Excellent space to meet our needs. Clean and comfortable. So many game and activities to entertain the kids. We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. Great communication with the manager. When one of the toilets got clogged, they sent someone out to fix it.

My family was out there for my daughter's softball tournament. The home was filled with many things to do and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The hosts were easy to contact with any questions we had and we were very relaxed and felt at home.

Our woman's bowling team stayed here instead of a casino and we were all thrilled with the property. There were little touches of well thought out specialties all over the place. Towel animals on the bed, toilet paper butterflies, plenty of games, puzzles, very well equipped kichen (we cooked all our meals here) and a lovely backyard. All four of us would stay here again in a heartbeat anf highly recommend!

This house was everything we expected and more. We normally spend time in the casinos and restaurants. This trip we spent most of our time relaxing at the house. The owners were awesome and easy to deal with.

We had 4 adult ladies staying here for a bowling tournament. The location was perfect and the property was exactly as advertised. There were little touches like towel animals that made it feel special. Everything was extremely clean and well stocked. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This was an excellent place to stay. Great location, easy access to the freeway, perfect amount of entertainment for the family, and it was very well equipped. The layout worked well with the bedrooms and number of beds. The couches were very comfortable and outdoor space was very enjoyable. Hosts were also very accommodating and helpful. Will stay again for sure.

Stayed 2 nights with family for a small birthday celebration. The home was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. We kept ourselves busy with all the fun games they had and there was plenty of dishes/pans which made our stay a lot easier. The location is so convenient too! We really liked this place! Lots of room to spread out, fun things to do in the house and VERY VERY clean. There were a couple of details I really appreciated: Black hand towels for makeup, plenty of towels, stocked showers, and best of all, the LEAST amount of checkout work we've ever had. Super appreciated! Would totally book again.

Family had a fantastic stay at this rental house! The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The house itself was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area or hop over to the store. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay. House looks newly remodeled with nice furnishings. Thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need. Beds had both soft and hard pillows. House was very clean. Both the kids and the grown-ups loved the games available to play. The hosts were very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to the area.

We felt right at home during our stay here. It's been lived in but still has a clean and comfy feel to it. This is a great place to spend some time and relax. Close enough to the downtown entertainment but also far enough away to enjoy some quiet. The home is equipped with TVs, a music box, foozeball, and yard games... but we especially enjoyed setting up board games in the large dining area. Very friendly interaction with the VRBO hosts. They offered some good suggestions on local dining and events. We'd certainly recommend this home! It's ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy the Reno area with a little stay at home time mixed in as well.
