The location and the rooms were great . The place was very quiet and clean and it was just minutes away from Saint Augustine Historical Sites. My only downside was the breakfast . The breakfast taste and options were somewhat average , it had barely any flavor , it lacked options compared to other hotels I have stayed at but the biggest downside was the fact it was dine in only . I like to take the breakfast with me to the room . Another downside is the fact they charge $10.00 per night to park your car . Most hotels offer free parking.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. the staff was very polite, and helpful. They were quick to assist you with ways to explore the area! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and best of all the shower flow was strong and water remained hot throughout! Silly but hard to find these days. The room looked newly renovated and could easily accommodate five.

Checkin was a nightmare. It took almost half an hour to clear a perceived huge issue with registration with my reservation. Three male clerks looking over one another’s shoulders at the computer screen and chastising me, each in turn, several times, for not indicating the correct number of guests in the room. An oversight on my part. After more “scolding” and frowns, I asked to know how much the difference was and offered to pay the very nominal $20 up-charge for the oversight. Our room reservation was for one night for two queen beds. But the big issue was that we were two couples instead of one. The approach was totally unprofessional. I paid the additional amount, which they processed, and asked for a receipt. I was refused a receipt because they said I had booked with a third party. Crazy! Rudeness and customer service at its worst. I have NEVER encountered anything like this. Everything and everybody else was super. The hotel was very nice and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. I strongly doubt I will ever return to this hotel.

Newer hotel, great location and clean. My husband & I stayed for 4 nights and the room was spacious & comfortable. Most hotel staff were friendly & very accommodating. Wish we didn’t have to pay the $10/day parking. Breakfast selection was adequate. It would have been nice if the scrambled eggs was serve separately from the meat for vegetarian hotel guests. The main breakfast area staff could have been more tactful and not so abrasive relating to breakfast ticket. Overall it was a great stay.

Excellent staff at this Comfort Suites. Devante at the front desk was super helpful in describing how best to see all of St Augustine. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The service at the hotel overall was great! The breakfast doesnt have a great variety, but the staff was really good and tried to fulfill the demands of the guests. The pool and room was were excellent. My only complaint is that i did not have any drawers to put away my clothes for the duration of my trip. This was my second stay at this hotel and this will be where I stay with my family moving forward. I love Comfort Suites!

If you have any kind of respiratory issues this is not your place to stay they are doing renovations and the paint fumes was so strong in our room in made me sick inflamed my sinuses!!! I called done to the front desk when I woke up sick and asked if we could have another room where the guy working that night lied and said the hotel was just recently built like a year ago and they all would smell like that well anyone with the right mind knows that was a straight up lie and then in the morning when my husband was telling the new guy on duty about it said that wasn’t the truth because some of the rooms was freshly painted but not all of them!!! Had to cut vacation short because I got sick!!

We stayed here for a few nights to explore St.Augustine, and loved the property! The area was a little further from the main stretch of touristy things, but was a nice and quiet retreat to go back to at the end of the day. Great location just minutes from the historic district. It was extremely clean, staff was friendly, and not to mention a yummy free breakfast! We would stay again if in the area!

There are other hotels that are in walking distance to area attractions and closer to the historic district but if you prefer super cleanly, spacious, new accommodations, with full breakfast, a courteous staff and no more than a five minute drive down the road to all attractions then it’s worth every penny. The only downside was having to pay for parking ($10 per day) . However at this price point it’s still better priced than the closer hotels, (again only 3-5 minutes down the road), that are not as well kept and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again for future visits.
