Jesus Christ. You people won't stop with the questions........ chill.

Attendie/checker in er. Put my card in manually. I then put my card in their port. Declined 3 times. I went to my truck and called my bank. They ASSURED me no transaction occurred. I went back in with my wife. I asked the lady if she put in my cc info wrong. She assured me no. Then put my wife's in. Automatically went through. Gave me a bullshit response about technology. It's OK if you make a mistake. Just be honest.

The rooms are definitely outdated. Pillows suck. Ac is good. But it's like an 80s vibe. Cmon man

Overall, great cost, close to downtown.

For the cost, the room was what I expected. The bathroom was the only place that was somewhat dirty as I found hair in the tub and the filter in the AC just needing some cleaning. Other than that it was perfectly adequate.

Disappointing stay

It was terrible.

Skimpy towels, dirty bread spread, too far from historic center. Rooms were not as pictured on web site.

Due to coffee place next door, I’d stay there again for a night or two. Otherwise, I’d find somewhere else to stay.

The property was clean. Very dated. Good value for a night or two. The coffee place next door made it doable because easy access to coffee, snacks, light sandwiches etc eased the stress.

Dated. Bare minimum provided.

I like that it was a private driveway along with our room and it was quiet

I didn't like that there was a dead big roach underneath the bathroom sink and my tub the shower would fill up as I was taking a shower told one of the staff members about it and they told me to go tell the office instead of them doing something about it other than that it was a cozy little room also I didn't like the fact that I paid the same amount as my other friend that came with me that stayed in front of me and their room had bigger stuff a dresser bigger TV everything and they paid the same amount as me

Property manager very pleasant and overall nice stay. Very convenient location to major attractions and sights without major price. Trolley shuttle will pick up right at the hotel office.

Amazing!

It was all great, had a lovely time. The room was nice and private, very comfy and spacious, at the heart of st augustine. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

Good deal Good location quieter than downtown but minutes from everything.

Location was great for us. Four nights 5 days in the area. Spent most of our time hiking or beaching in the vilano Beach area or north of A1A. Love the coffee shop next door. We stayed in one of the small cottages out back. Quiet setting. Easy in and out, and parking and access to restaurants and attractions.

Some of the photographs led us to believe this had a kitchenette. Not having one was a little bit of a disappointment. But the mini fridge did the job, we brought our own 12 cup coffee maker. The room is very large but the furnishings rather sparse. The small couch is very uncomfortable.
