Brilliant hotel in the perfect place.

Everything was perfect, reception staff was good and spoke English. Double room was clean and had all complimentary items needed i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, comb... Bed was very comfortable and had lovely new pillows.

It was a decent stay

The location was close to Haram. Only 15 mins walk. The locality is best fit for people traveling alone or with friends. Would not recommend it for families as the area surrounding is filled with guys and sometimes it makes female uncomfortable to travel. The hotel is close to market and restaurants. There is bustling road right in front of the hotel so you can easily get a taxi to anywhere. The average fare for taxi from hotel to Haram is 15-20 SAR although you can bargain. The taxi fare from hotel to Harmain train station is 25 SAR which is quiet reasonable. You can find tons of food options varying on different cuisines near the hotel. All in all it was a decent experience to stay there if you are travelling on a budget

Not too far from the Haram and absolutely value for money.

This hotel offers small cooktop and microwave oven which made our life easy. Situated next to a main road and you can shop around from surrounding areas.

A little far from the Haram however, comparing the money that we paid, this is absolutely fine. No complain.

Pleasant stay in terms of my expectation as pilgrim.

Location is about 1.2 KM from Haram. Taxi is available near by.

Location map is wrong in the Booking.com. Saved Location took me back side service roads of opposite road that made us confuse and took for a while to reach hotel, even though hotel is located in main road.

When I booked this hotel my main criteria was , budget friendly, near to alharam and good enough, this is exactly what i have received, The service and treatment that you receive in this hotel is more than the money you pay The staff are very friendly and kind , they don't say no to any request. Definitely i will book this hotel in my next omra inshallah

The hotel is a bit old and the furniture old as well but even though based on the price you pay and the great location is good,

Absolument tout la propreté surtout ! La gentillesse du personnel la grande chambre séjour de 4 jours parfait je reviendrai Navette gratuite pour aller au haram et pour revenir Sincèrement le top quand on voit le prix c’est exceptionnel qu’Allah vous donne la force dans votre activité

Only Haram Bus service available in front of this hotel.

Staff was very rude. They don't understand English. Communication is a big issue. Unprofessional cleaning staff. Construction was under going and making noise at night. If you book for more than ine day, no one will come to clean ur room. Water is tooooo Hot in bathroom. You can not take a bath.

hotel itself was okay for peaceful sleep after a tiring day but there were some ups and downs ..

The hotel and room was clean and tidy.

The staff had issue understanding the booking.com procedure. on booking.com, it says the property has parking, but the staff said they don't know anything about parking information on booking.com. The wifi was working fine in the lobby but internet was not connecting in the room .. my room was 1006. even though the distance is close to haram mosque but it is a huge undulating road and quite a hectic climb for older people.. had to get a taxi every time to and from the mosque. taxi is almost 10-20 riyals for such a short distance.
