No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This 3-story house is amazing for family vacation. It have 5 bathrooms. 5 bedrooms. There also have 2 living rooms where family can watch movies together. It have a beautiful balcony view. Very quiet neighborhood and kind people to meet with. the beach wasn’t far away from home a nice little exercise really.

My family had no complaints about this house EXCEPT the thermostat is locked to go no lower than 75F. If it’s moved lower than it resets itself pretty quickly. This is not a big deal on the top two floors. The lowest floor has the 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds and two full beds. It has no working ceiling fans and very little air flow and no thermostat. It is STIFLING HOT on the this floor at night if the air is not running. We ended up with kids sleeping on couches, chairs, and floors. We were miserable and more than half the people staying left two nights early. So that is the sole reason for the 2- star review.

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The home is 4 miles from the Plantation gate, so it was to far to ride the bikes into town; however, it was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The bugs outside were brutal and glad we brought bug spray.

Home was large, comfortable, and very accommodating to the various ages of our family. We were disappointed that pool couldn’t be used for the first three days due to cleaning issues. But , we took advantage of the nice Plantation pools until issue was resolved. The management company was very helpful in getting the cleaning underway. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for being together or separating if necessary. Would definitely rent again!

Great house,property and neighborhood. The only issues: 3 flights of stairs and no elevator was difficult for our elderly mother. Also, if you have small children,the outside door handles are difficult to lock and easy for little hands to unlock and escape.

Property is very clean and with high end amenities. It is located in a gated community with well maintained trials, paths and services. Very little on St George island itself, but if you want to get away and just spend time at the beach with few people around you, this is the place.

This house is well outfitted - comfortable beds and sitting areas, both inside and out! The screened porch was an awesome lifesaver, close to the beach and the kitchen has all you need for cooking a great meal.
