Love the garden and pool

The garden and swimming pool are magical! The atmosphere in the garden is so serene. Rooms are simple but big and clean. Nice place to stay in Negombo before or after your flight

Bathroom was not so clean, lots of hairs in the drainage that weren’t ours.

A great first impression of Sri Lanka!

We arrived at the hotel after midnight due to a late flight- the owner was easy to contact and made sure we got in safely, even speaking to our taxi driver to help him locate the property. The room was clean and had everything we needed, wifi is good and the AC is great! The pool area is beautiful, we have been in Sri Lanka for 2 weeks and this is still the best pool we have come across. The owner wants to help and make your stay enjoyable, he even came out and put the net up in the pool so we could play volleyball! He gave us advice on trains for the next leg of our trip and helped us to look up timings. The breakfast is delicious! A good variety of food- the only added bonus would be tea and coffee facilities but that’s all. The location is in a nice quiet area and it was easy enough to arrange tuk tuks to the busier streets and beach.

Nature et calme

Magnifique jardin et sa belle piscine au calme . Grande chambre. Un endroit parfait pour vous reposer pas loin du centre en Tuk Tuk.j ai adoré !

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré . ( oeufs frit cuit à l avance donc froid , toast pas grillé, pas de beurre..)

The place exceeded our expectations, looking even better than in the pictures! It's incredibly private, featuring an amazing, spacious pool, a beautiful garden area with abundant flowers, birds, fish, and even a rabbit. The owners are exceptionally friendly, caring, and helpful. They ensured our well-being, attended to our needs, and assisted with bookings, even providing airport care. The rooms are well-maintained, offering clean spaces with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning.

Almost perfect !

Very very friendly staff. The owner is trying his best to make our stay confortable. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and friendly. The pictures on Booking are bad because the building is amazing and the reality is better than pictures. Very nice and big garden and very beautifull and clean pool. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was very nice as well.

A mosquitos net would be a bonus since there is stagnant water around. You can also put two towels and a bed sheet if 2 people are coming. These are only small détails to improve but they were no problem because when we asked we got them 5 min later. Finaly the location is a bit far from stores ans restaurants, but the owner gave us bikes for free so we could go to groceries in less than 15 min.

Fijn en rustig verblijf voor het begin of einde van de reis

De accommodatie is lekker rustig gelegen. Overdag is het heerlijk om te zwemmen en bij het zwembad te chillen. De tuin is erg ruim met veel groen en het zwembad water is schoon. De eigenaar is niet altijd aanwezig maar als hij er is probeert ie het verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. De hosts die wel altijd aanwezig zijn kunnen niet heel goed Engels maar staan altijd klaar om te helpen. De kamers zijn groot en comfortabel. Met makkelijke toegang naar het zwembad.

Het laken ontbrak en de kussenslopen zagen er niet heel schoon uit. Dit hebben we aangegeven en dit heeft het hotel toen geregeld. Fijn dat het zo opgelost kon worden.

Must go!

Everything was totally fine! We had a relaxing stay in a beautiful location very close to the centre. Loved the pool and the friendly staff and owner, will come back for sure!

Well worth the money and exceptionally well kept place

The cleanliness and the attentive friendly staff. The hotel is maintained really well and complete with all amenities you need for a comfy stay. Relaxing & calm environment added up really nice and the location is great

Great place!

Lovely garden, very comfortabel room and great pool. Frendly host. Good location to start holidays.

Location is not in the the tourist part of Negombo.( but close ).
