--Conveniently located to the brand-new Surfside Pier, Garden City Pier, both downtown Surfside and Garden City Beaches, Murrells Inlet and the famous Marsh Walk, Pawleys Island, Huntington Beach State Park, Myrtle Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, excellent golf courses, numerous restaurants, antique & consignment stores, beach shops, miniature golf courses, arcades, Wal-Mart, multiple grocery stores, and two community parks with swing sets, shuffle board, etc.

--Features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, both Keurig and standard coffee makers, cooking utensils, all dishes and silverware, lift top coffee table and portable fold out table with bench seating stored in the laundry room for additional seating.

--Brand new bar top Granite Countertops, with both tile and laminate flooring throughout.

--Super comfortable, brand new, King Mattress in Master Bedroom.

--Includes a new full size large capacity washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans throughout.

--New flat screen televisions throughout, with a 75-inch flat screen tv in the living room and large flatscreen TV's wall mounted in all three bedrooms.

--Sleeping accommodations include three bedrooms (all upstairs), with a strict rule of a maximum of 8 guests.

--The master bedroom includes one King bed with a Full Bath.

--Second bedroom, there is a Queen Trundle, which includes a queen mattress and a full mattress pullout underneath.

-- Third bedroom, there is a twin trundle, which includes a twin mattress and another twin mattress pullout underneath.

-- Three bedrooms and two full baths (showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks) located upstairs.

--Half bath (toilet and sink) located downstairs.

--All Golf carts (both gas and electric), trailers, motorcycles, and boats are all permitted.

--Spacious parking on a concrete parking area, only a few steps from the front door.

--All towels and linens are provided.

--Beach Chairs are provided.

We had a wonderful holiday weekend at this property. Communication with the owner was fast; property owner was very accommodating and helpful. The place was as pictured and contained all amenities listed. The property location was perfect, we were able to pull our cart of beach necessities easily to the 13th Avenue and 12th Avenue public beach access. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing to note was that one of the bedrooms was not check in ready (we had to wash the sheets) but I’m thinking it was a one time fluke with the cleaning company since we checked in on July 4th and I can only imagine how crazy busy that day must be to turn around rental units. The rest of the house was immaculate and felt homey. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

It is newly renovated on the inside. Very spacious and decorated nicely. 3 minute walk to beach as advertised. Outdoor space is the real gem. Thank you for having us. I hope to come back soon.

Rented house for 8 days all adults the house was perfect, perfect location enjoyed being able to walk to so many great eating places and beach. We really enjoyed the back private area hot tub and fire pit. Hope to come back soon!!

Life has been so hectic and I needed a vacation away from it all. This was a great place to do just that! Owner is very responsive. Master bed is very comfortable…so much I asked where he got it from. The A/C worked great and the ceiling fans added that extra air circulation. Backyard area was really cute and the hot tub is great bonus. And easy beach access a block and a half from the beach. Would stay again! Definitely recommend!

We are so happy we decided to go to Surfside Beach! The location of Eric’s place was perfect for us. Only a block away from the beach access with lifeguard, we could come and go as we pleased to the beach. The place is adequately stocked and super clean. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommend!
