The Franklin Bunkhouse is a newly constructed home built with modern luxuries in a farmhouse style. It features a downstairs master, a spacious backyard, front porch swings, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a Sonos home speaker system, retro arcade game system and much more. You’ll find your stay to be relaxing whether you spend your time inside or out. The Bunkhouse is a less than a mile away from of Downtown Franklin, and is only a 30 minute drive to Nashville The Franklin Bunkhouse is located in small neighborhood near Historic downtown Franklin and Jim Warren Park. It is great for couples, families, and groups of friends.

The Franklin Bunkhouse far exceeded our expectations! Online the house looks amazing. But in person it's even better! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. As a retired interior designer, if I were to design a perfect home to rent out, this would be it!! The quality of construction was excellent, and the layout, lovely finishes, comfortable furnishings, and even games and books were all so welcoming and made my family feel at home. It was absolutely adorable!! The house had everything we needed! And it was exceptionally clean! My family gathered at the Franklin Bunkhouse to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday from out of town. We had 8 adults staying in the house and two more family members came over for a birthday dinner. And we were all very comfortable. We prepared several meals at the house, but also had donuts from Five Daughters Bakery and ribs and brisket from Edley's from the Factory in Franklin - highly recommend! We stayed 3 nights. We went to the Opry Thursday, Broadway in Nashville Friday afternoon, and Saturday we stayed at the house. We made my mom wear a "90 and fabulous" sash, and she was greeted with smiles and birthday wishes all weekend. My daughter sent photos to Channel 5 and they shared it on their 9:00 show! What an unforgettable weekend! And Megan and her husband were such kind hosts! Thank you so much for opening up your home for others to enjoy while visiting Franklin and Nashville! I highly recommend the Franklin Bunkhouse!

This house was the best one we have ever stayed in. We had a baby shower and little family reunion while in Franklin so we were busy and didn’t get the opportunity to utilize all the games, books & yard games. However the front porch swings were lovely in the morning and evening and the vintage video games were a big hit. Loved the quality construction, architecture and decor of the house . Appliances were great quality and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners of this house spared no expense. We would stay there again and would definitely recommend it.

This was the cutest property and conveniently located for my daughters wedding. Since we live 4 hours away and the wedding was remote for us and all of her Bridesmaids it was perfect for them to visit and catch up on all things wedding. This property was light and airy and beautifully decorated and very spacious. It made for beautiful getting ready photos. Highly recommend for groups 10 or less.

Seriously, this VRBO ranks higher than any I have ever stayed in (and I am very picky)! Absolutely adorable decor, perfectly clean, snacks and water throughout and the kindest owners. The communication was amazing and honestly I cannot give this place enough praise! Also, within minutes to Main Street Franklin, so the location is perfect!

The Franklin Bunkhouse is Beautiful!!! Extremely clean, well decorated, and great amenities!!! Snacks and water left for us, plenty of towels and extra blankets, and games for the kids to play inside and out!! By far the nicest rental we have stayed in! This was by far the most amazing VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully decorated top to bottom! Every small touch like a hand written welcome letter, blankets, labels on the light switches, snacks, water bottles, and even a hot cocoa bar are thoughtfully placed throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom is adorable and offers a unique and clever way for multiple guests to keep towels and belonging organized with the use of clever animal prints. The upstairs also provided endless hours of games for the kids to play. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and there was a small decorated tree for us to place gifts under. The property manager/owners were so easy to get in touch with an extremely helpful when the occasions for assistance came up, even late at night. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay near the quaint town of Franklin and hope my family and I may stay the next time we travel to Tennessee.

Wow! Wow! I’ve never stayed in a more welcoming and well decorated home. I mean both in style, function and warmth. Everything we could have asked for was there in this home. This is definitely one to return to. I’ve actually taken a lot of ideas home to set up for my family. So grateful for the memories and relaxation we felt at this home. It felt like a home away from home.

The house is new construction and amazing. The location is perfect and hosts were very accommodating. If you plan yo stay in Franklin, this is the only place you should stay. Can’t wait to return soon
