The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a modern building with an elevator. The building is located near the Old Town, offering easy and quick access to the most important attractions, restaurants and clubs, all within walking distance. Right next to it is the Park at Grottgera, allowing you to breathe among the greenery.
Apartment:
This two-level, air-conditioned, functional and spacious apartment with as many as 4 bedrooms is dedicated to eight people, but thanks to the additional bedroom space in the lounge area, full comfort can be provided for up to ten people. In total, it consists of five rooms, a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. Bedrooms are equipped with a large Queen-Size bed or a double sofa bed, as well as a work area. The relaxation area provides a comfortable fold-out corner, a place for coffee and a TV with a smart function (access to streaming services, e.g. Netflix). The dining-kitchen part is equipped with a large table and the necessary equipment (including a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven and others). Spacious bathrooms have been adapted to the various preferences of our guests. The first provides the opportunity to take a shower, while the second will be appreciated by lovers of relaxing baths in a free-standing bathtub.
The apartment also provides access to the Internet, and for guests staying longer, a washing machine can be very useful. The apartment provides high comfort of stay, and thanks to its location, access to attractions, cultural facilities, catering facilities and urban greenery, all within walking distance.
