If it is a View you are looking for, look no further !! Be sure to Bring your Binoculars. You have a 35 mile Panoramic View from the Back Deck of the Cabin.
The Cabin sits on the Edge of the Arkansas Grand Canyon. The views are Breathtaking and Peaceful.
Enjoy spending time with the Family and seeing the Occasional Wildlife.
The Cabin is located near popular Hiking Trails, Arkansas Grand Canyon, and The Buffalo River.

Above the Fog Cabin is a 3 bdrm, 5 Bed, 2.5 bath. It is a New Cabin, built in 2023.
Master Bdrm has a Queen Bed w/a private Bthroom and a Stand up Shower. The views are spectacular from the Master Bedroom windows which overlook the back deck .
Other 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom are upstairs with shared shower/tub combo.
Second Bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin bed.
Third Bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin bed.
A Fully Stocked Kitchen with All New Appliances.

Cabin is located within minutes to Favorite Hiking Trails…. Round Top trail, Steel Creek Overlook, Kyles Landing Trail to name a few. You will be Within 30 min. Of Ponca, where you can view the Elk. A very popular destination for your visit to this area. Rock Climbing is a Popular Sport that attracts many climbers to this area. Horseshoe Canyon Dude Ranch is a World Class Destination for the Climbing Enthusiasts. Cabin is within 30 min. of some of the Best Rock Bluffs in the Country. If you happen to come to this area to Float the Upper Buffalo River, there are a couple of canoe rental businesses that can provide you with what you need for a fun filled adventure. Riverview Motel(Jasper), Buffalo Rio (Low Gap) and Buffalo River Canoes( Mt. Sherman). When the water levels are to low in thus area, conoeing shifts to the Lower Buffalo River area. You will need to contact Crockett Canoe Rental, Harriet Ar. ( 1 hr 15 min.) from the cabin.They can give you all the best River information and canoe rental. The lower River area is approximately 56.5 miles(1.5 hrs) from the cabin. For ATV Rentals and Trails contact Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch and Adventure Park, Kingston Ar. ( 1 hr. From cabin). Our local water falls include, Eye of the Needle, Hammerschmidt Falls, Fern Falls, Balanced Rock Falls, to name a few. There are to many wonderful things to do while you enjoy your visit to the Jasper area. For you Restaurant choices, Jasper Has the Historical Ozark Cafe, Jasper Pizza Co., Sharon Kays Diner and Subway. The cabin is centrally located to many wonderful attractions to give you a great getaway or you can relax and enjoy the scenery that the cabin location has to offer. This Property has a “NO PET POLICY”.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. Nice extra features in the home. I was able to reach the host immediately and she was extremely helpful.

This property was the perfect place to get away! The house was clean and had everything we needed and the property was very well maintained. The view from the porch was awesome and then heading out onto the lookout deck was breathtaking! We will definitely be back!
One thing to note is the first section of the driveway is very rough but evens out after a short distance.

This property is absolutely unbelievable words or pictures cant describe this cabin and property i give 15 out of 10 stars property is clean easily accessible. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Great area and beautiful scenery. Loved the property. Sat on the deck everyday. Only issue we had was the super rough driveway. But we made it work....a bit difficult with bikes. But it is just another amazing story to tell about our stay and time in Arkansas.

We had a wonderful time in Jasper, the home was perfect for our family. Everything was top notch, the house was clean, well furnished, and perfectly met all of our needs. The only minor knocks were the road off 7 is very rough and the two bedrooms upstairs could use a blind on the north facing windows, lots of light in the early mornings.

very nice cabin with great views . covered rear deck on cabin with lower open deck . the lane off rt 7 going up to cabin is not the best for the first 75 yards . beware if you are a motorcycle rider or have a low riding car .if your cooking , bring your own condiments . coffee provided was great . one of the most scenic and nice cabins I have stayed at in the area . nice fire pit and wood provided .

Above The Fog cabin was a great choice for our weekend trip to Jasper. Prompt communication from property manager, beautiful view, close to town but still secluded, cabin was well stocked with amenities and supplies. One thing that is hard to determine from the pictures provided is how close to the highway this cabin is... many of these Jasper cabins are right on the highway and I was concerned that was going to be the case here but it is not... the cabin is located down a side road off the main highway so you're not visible to the highway when you're outside. Nice location and Jasper is a very cool mountain/river town. Will return to Jasper and the Above The Fog cabin.

The home was extremely clean and well built. The view from the back porch is amazing, and the rental is properly named "Above the Fog". We thoroughly enjoyed our quick stay. Will be back!!

We loved it everything was neat and new. We tried to rent it out again for us and our kids in October but it was already booked out for the weekend we wanted. Hope we can get a chance to stay in the other cabins on the property soon!
