Our cabin features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. We are located 1.5 miles east of Jasper, AR. Our cabin offers everything your family may need to enjoy a getaway near the Little Buffalo River - a hot tub, mountain views, wi-fi, smart TVs, privacy, and fire pits.

All five cabins on this road are available for rent. It would be a perfect getaway for a family reunion or retreat.

**SUPPLIES PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY**
It is our intention to provide each of our guests with the listed supplies for each stay. In the event any of the supplies listed are not supplied, please contact your host and we will be happy to resolve!

**HOUSE RULES**
Please Review the Following Information Prior to Your Stay and Contact Us if You Have Any Questions.

1. If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund.
2. There is a $250 Pet Fee For Up to Two Pets (Dogs and Cats).
3. If Pet Droppings Are Left Outside, an Additional Fee Will Be Charged to Your Reservation. 4. No Large Gatherings or Events Over Occupancy Are Allowed Unless Discussed and Approved Prior to Booking with Your Host. You May Be Subject to Additional Event Fees and Security Deposits.
5. Keep Cover On Hot Tub When Not Using.
6. Do NOT Put Soap in Hot Tub. Violation of This Rule May Lead to Cleaning Fees Charged to Your Reservation.
7. Rinse Off Before Entering Hot Tub to Remove Oils, Lotion, Sweat, or Other Contaminants To Maintain the Optimal Functioning of the Hot Tubs Filtration System.
8. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED You Purchase Travel Insurance and Review Our Cancellation Policy Prior to Booking Your Stay.
9. No Refund Will Be Issued For Circumstances Outside of Our Control, Including But Not Limited To, Inclemate Weather, Health-Related Circumstances, Unforeseen Circumstances, or Extenuating Circumstances.
10. After 48 Hours From Booking Your Reservation, We Do Not Accept Alterations to Your Reservation.
11. No Smoking Is Allowed. Violation of This Rule May Result in a $2,000.00 Smoke Damage Fee.
12. The Minimum Age to Book is 25 Years Old.
13. Our Hours of Operation Are 10AM-8PM EST. Any Messages Received Outside of These Hours Will Be Responded To As Soon As We Are Back On.
14. In Case of an Emergency, Please Refer to the Emergency Contact Tab in Your Guidebook.
15. There Are Two Metal Trash Cans Located Outside For Your Trash.
16. Do Not Exceed 6 Bags of Trash During Your Stay.
17. Be Aware - You Are Located in a Bear-Prone Area. Do Not Leave Food In Your Car.

**EMBRACING THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT**
Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it's important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won't occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.

**SEASONAL FIREPLACE**
We love cozy fireplaces as much as the rest, however during the warmer months we cannot allow them to be ran. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE FIREPLACE FROM MAY 1 - NOVEMBER 1ST.

**SECURITY**
We have a camera located in front of the home that is on 24/7 for your protection.

**GUEST ACCESS**
Guests will have full access and use of the property 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic front door lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
**AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**
Please be advised that the final road leading to the cabin features a steep incline. It is strongly recommended, especially during the winter season, to arrive in a vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD) if available. While it is possible to ascend the hill without an AWD vehicle, having one will significantly enhance traction and improve your safety while navigating the road.
