TOP FLOOR - LOCATED NEAR THE POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB. This spacious 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo (sleeps 11, please note only 9 pool wristbands allowed) is the largest floor plan available in Pointe West. Enjoy both ocean and bay views from your 2 balconies.
With over 1700 sq. feet of living space, our condo features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops and easy access to the beach. "Sandy Feet Retreat” has cable TV and high speed wireless internet throughout. This striking third floor condo is the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private shaded balcony.
This condo offers a king in the master, a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom will be 2 sets of bunk beds One twin over full and another twin over twin.. There is also a day bed with trundle. (Please note only 9 amenity wristbands allowed). There are 3 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, and fully equipped kitchen. Private grill, high chair and pack n play also provided.
RESORT FEE:
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, and pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family.
**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, offered Beach Club amenities, the pools, beach, or elevators. Those are separate entities. Purchase of the resort amenities (wristband) is optional.
The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date. Questions about the fee or resort amenities, please contact them directly at
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Rental is equipped with Ring doorbell.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement. Life Happens; safeguard your investment!
