The manager Mr. Tronghong was so great, smiling and welcoming us every morning, ensuring everything was arranged smoothly including airport taxi. Breakfast was delicious and served by the most amazing young girl, with a good attitude and so attentive, wide selection and al la cart days delicious also. Room is huge, strong aircon, big bath and beautiful view over the lagoon. Private beach and well kept swimming pool, thank you team for a lovely stay !

Family Time at Chez Carole

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this place is perfect! Family friendly (has a playground), beautiful pool, restaurant on site, spa services available, gorgeous views, and the staff were all so lovely! The bungalows were perfect, very private and all with amazing views. Hard to believe how cheap this resort is! The food from the restaurant was amazing each and every meal. The breakfast buffet was also to a high standard with plenty of options.

The service in the restaurant was very slow (be prepared to wait 45mins-1hr after ordering), however this is likely due to the limited staff. The tables weren't very clean, however they are right on the beach so that's to be expected. The beach was very littered and could be cleaned more regularly to ensure it remains inviting. Again, limited staff. If you choose to have a massage, be prepared to be naked in front of other guests! The spa area is an open gazebo, located within view of the pool and close to the steps to the reception area. But still highly recommend, the massage was amazing and very cheap!

La vue, la chambre et lit très confortable. Le cadre idyllique.

L’accueil, on nous a fait payer le premier jour, le petit déjeuner, café et plats pas toujours chauds. Manque de piscine alors que nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour ça. Les draps n’ont pas était changés de la semaine, et personel n’etait pas du tout réactif parfois moqueurs.

Memorable experience in Phu Quoc

Last October we had the opportunity to visit Phu Quoc and chose to stay at Chez Carole Beach. I find the service here very good, the staff is enthusiastic and hospitable. We enjoyed delicious food here and felt very satisfied. I will definitely come back here.

A remote, charming hotel but needs improvement.

Stayed in a riverside villa. Very charming and cozy. Hotel is remote and right on the white sand beach.

A few glitches: the landscape needs through cleaning. AC didn’t work well in my room. Cleanliness level is so so. Not enough hot water to fill the large tub. Breakfast is just ok.

Experience great service at Chez Carole Beach Resort

I never thought I would find a resort in Phu Quoc with such a great view. Not only that, the service and room I received were also extremely good. Super enthusiastic staff guided us in detail. The nature here makes me feel really comfortable on this trip.

Most memorable trip

We had been looking for a place to rest for the holiday week for quite a long time. The whole group was extremely confused. I learned about Chez Carole Beach Resort through a colleague's recommendation. Coming here, I felt extremely surprised by the beautiful scenery here, both the service and the rooms made us feel very surprised about the beauty and cleanliness of the facilities. Thank you to the staff who enthusiastically helped the whole group.

Wonderful resort with good entertainment, relaxing stay

The resort is spacious and airy, looks new and clean too. The staff is friendly, we also participated in a combination of entertainment games they have. It was a fun experience

Кто то видимо сам придумал 4 звезды в этой избушке!!! Максимум 2 звезды!Вообще не рекомендую!

Море есть рядом, оно грязное, но это не вина отеля!

Персонал! при заселении мужчина на ресепшине решил перекусить, а не заселить нас в номер. Заезд был в 4 часа, ждали уборку в номере еще час!!! Мебель и условия проживания ужас!!! В туалете капало с потолка! Раковина протекала. Нет горячей воды!

Bien mais un peu déçue

L’hôtel se situe sur une plage privative et très propre, très bien pour un court séjour ou avec des enfants. Le staff est très serviable

Malgré la belle plage, l’hôtel est très isolé du reste de l’île, très bien pour un court séjour. Les infrastructures communes de l’hôtel tombent un peu en friche et la nourriture est franchement décevante comparé à la qualité que l’on trouve ailleurs, même dans des standing beaucoup moins élevés et la richesse de la nourriture vietnamienne en général

Hidden gem of Vietnam

The place is fantastic, a hidden paradise with a private beach. The staff is helpful and attentive. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kayaking, Paddle board access for free. Also if you like to sail, the company Viet sail is offering classes and tours, where I had an amazing day on the boat and had the occasion to do snorkeling a little further. They stay at Chez Carole resort. Highly recommend for a peaceful weekend !

Breakfast and food is not the best, and limited choices.

Nice quiet stay, nice beach

Great beachfront, clean sand with no garbage, lots of palm trees, very calm water, one end of the beach, staff try hard, sup paddling, very comfortable beds, felt like we were the only guests, private and very quiet

It felt like we were the only guests, besides managers don’t expect much English, main pool under maintenance during our stay, menu was very basic and food was just average, nothing to do in the area, fellow guests surprised to see just how empty the place is

Highly recommended resort

We had the most amazing stay here. Every member of staff was welcoming and were happy to assist us. The rooms had everything you needed and more! The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Breakfast was spectacular …. There was even a pianist playing. We ate at the Indian restaurant and the Vietnamese and both were good (the Indian was our favourite). Spa was fabulous and we were treated like royalty.

Good service

The setting & ambience is relaxing and beautiful. The gardens are tropical & well maintained. The pool area was perfect in every way, clean & comfortable. The rooms were ideal for us and regularly serviced. The breakfast was amazing especially the welcoming smiles and the glass of sparkling. We opted for the Vietnamese breakfast which changed every day. The restaurants were also excellent. But most amazing were the friendly staff. They were helpful, welcoming and friendly. They made us feel like part of the family.
