Accommodation: everything needed for a couple on a weekend stay - kitchenette, kettle, fridge, microwave, hob, TV (with Netflix), small table with comfy chairs, with many complimentary items; tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, juice and bottled water. Modern decor, bright, clean, good space, great bathroom/shower. Bed very comfortable, we had great night sleeps!! Iron/board available on request if required. Large skylight gives even more light if needed. Plenty of on street parking available. Location: ideal for everything. 5-10min drive to Chichester centre depending on time of day traffic or 20 min walk. 2 min walk to Tesco. Chichester High Street is lovely, full of great cafes and restaurants, shops and architecture, with a museum and wonderful cathedral. The two theatres (we watched Rock Follies at the Minerva) have a very large car park with a 2 min walk to the high Street. Hosts: John and Karen (and if you get chance to see Bear the daschund) are the perfect hosts. If you want to chat, they are more than happy to engage or leave you to your own devices. We were a little unsure when booking as there were no reviews (qenow know its a new listing) but we are so pleased we made the right choice...we will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Chichester!!!
