Barato y socorrido

Cerca del aeropuerto, con Uber estas en 15’ por 25Q, Cogí habitación para 3 personas, tenía cocina común

duchas y baños limpios pero fuera y dejan un poco que desear. Desayuno incluido es meramente cortesía, tb deja mucho que desear

Mejor opción de hostal en la ciudad

El mejor hostal de la ciudad, la ubicación es lo mejor frente a Camino Real, súper seguro caminar por la zona. Las instalaciones muy bien y limpias. El desayuno de panqueques que está incluido es buenísimo.

Hay 2 recepcionistas, no recuerdo sus nombres pero un chico de baja estatura es extremadamente amable y amigable, sin embargo el otro que es más alto y de tez clara es súper apático y grosero para expresarse, que lástima porque toda la experiencia en el hostel estuvo muy buena a excepción de esa persona.

Fijn hostel op veilige plek in Guatemala City

De man achter de receptie is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Kwam vroeg in de morgen een koffie brengen omdat ik te vroeg was voor het ontbijt Bedden en kamers prima. Alles ruim opgezet. Dichtbij luchthaven.

Para curta hospedagem é excelente

O lugar é muito limpo e bem localizado. O funcionário Jorge é excelente, assim como a localização.

O quarto compartilhado poderia ter um ventilador no lugar onde dormimos (cápsula ),pois as vezes faz calor. O café da manhã é bem básico, mas pelo preço está ótimo.

Contesto molto bello per chi vuole conoscere gente

Il signore che ci ha accolto super disponibile e simpatico, il contesto mi è piaciuto molto, la colazione preparata dal padrone di casa anche (i pancake eccezionali). Devo dire una cosa, secondo me ci è toccata una camera un po' sfigata, perché l'ostello era pieno e quindi il commento negativo che dirò poi potrebbe essere relativo. Comunque rispetto alla media degli ostelli/b&b/affittacamere di ciudad del guatemala, direi accettabile.

Dalle recensioni avevo visto pulizia perfetta ma così non è stato, le federe e le lenzuola si sentiva fossero usate, ma ripeto, deve essermi toccata una stanza che solitamente non usano.

The hostel was pretty nice, bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean. I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast because I left early both days I was there, so I can’t comment on that.

The way the hostel is set up is not the best because there are dorms right by the front entrance. The older man who was working at night was never down at the front desk. So people are constantly ringing the bell and knocking on the door, even late at night. When I arrived back the second night at 10pm, I had to ring the bell three times and knock loudly on the door and still he didn’t come. Finally one of the other guests had to let me in. Two other people also had similar experiences. He finally came downstairs for them, but it took awhile. When I tried to address this, he said he was upstairs watching the cameras. If that was true, I don’t know why he wouldn’t see someone waiting at the door and come down, as the wait was long. He was also very rude when I tried to ask him about check out and why there was no one at three desk. When I went to leave, he wasn’t down there and I literally would’ve had to leave the door wide open to leave, so I had to ring the bell to get him to come down, which was not good for other guests who were sleeping. I think the cameras should be downstairs so that the front desk staff can actually do their job. I think if you are coming and going during the day, check in should be fine, but if you get any of the downstairs rooms, you will probably be woken up with all the people ringing the bell multiple times due to the inattention of the overnight staff.

Really lovely hostel and manager in a great location!

I arrived at La Aurora International Airport (GUA) at 19:30 and got an uber to this hostel, 8 min drive! It was very easy to find with a huge picture of a hummingbird in the entrance way. The area feels safe and has a lot of restaurants. Unfortunately I don't know more as I was only there for one night and pretty much went straight to bed! The manager is delightful!! Facilities are really good, free filtered water, great showers, clean kitchen and lounge areas upstairs. Really comfy beds with curtains for privacy. I left early to get the 0600 shuttle to Antigua from the westin across the road (leaves from the Forecourt) and the manager still made me early morning pancakes! In the kitchen he had a jar of, what I would describe as a pineapple jam and then he offered me something that looks like pineapple but is actually weatermelon! I put both on and my breakfast was delicious! Recommended hostel :)

Près de l’aéroport

Nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit et quelqu’un nous attendait. Personnel très accommodant. Pancakes le matin. Et très près le l’aéroport.

On a eu un peu de misère à trouver l’entrée comme il n’y a pas d’enseigne extérieur. Notre chauffeur de taxi a cherché avec nous à 2 am! Si vous prévoyez payer avec la carte, il y a un frais de 8%.. et finalement aucune de nos cartes ne fonctionnaient. L’employé de jour ne connaissait pas les bus pour se rendre au centre-ville.. c’est quelqu’un sur la rue qui nous a guidé.

Très bien

Auberge très simple, basique, mais très propre, bien faite. Personnel très sympa (Georges). Quartier qui a l'air sûr, proche de plusieurs épiceries. Petit déjeuner (très simple) inclus dans le prix. Bon wifi.

Manque d'intimité des toilettes. Manque d'isolation des lits (chambres en face de la réception) donc ne vous attendez pas à beaucoup dormir.

Good place for short stays, good location, great staff.

Really yummy, pancakes, fruit and coffe, just the right breakfast. It was accesible and nice, the staff was really helpful. The bathroom was clean and has good wifi.

The capsule beds we're too hot, it was a little difficult to sleep. It was comfy but no ventilation.

Einfach, aber gemütlich und mit reichhaltigem Frühstück

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Matratze war gemütlich. Ein Shuttleservice vom Flughafen ist einfach dazu zu buchen und das Hostel von dort gut zu erreichen.

Ziemlich hellhörig und sehr rudimentär ausgestattet. Weniger einladend, als auf den Bildern.

L’auberge idéal pour les passages sur la capitale!

L’attention du personnel, l’emplacement dans la zona 10 qui est très safe et calme. Très arrangeant pour les arrivées et les départs (notamment pour le petit déjeuner que nous avons pu avoir à 5h du matin). Proche de restaurants et des départs des compagnies de bus Pullmantur et Sol. Les chambres sont très propres, beaucoup de salles de bain et de toilettes dans l’établissement et la cuisines est bien équipée. Nous y avons séjourner à 4 reprises à chaque passage à Guatemala City et nous n’avons pas été déçu ! Le dernier soir, ils nous on même surclassé gentiment (chambre privée au lieu de dortoir)

Fantastico

O hostel é novo, inaugurado no dia da minha estadia. Reservei um quarto compartilhado e por ser a primeira a reservar fui contemplada com upgrade ao quarto individual. Ambos quartos são excepcionais, novas instalações, cortina nas camas, locker , banheiros grandes e com água quente, ótima localização perto do aeroporto. Internet ótima. Aceitam pagamento em cartão de crédito.

De ter ficado um dia só.

Cool facilities but careful, they could overcharge you :(

The location it’s nice, it’s in the heart of Zone 10 and you have many restaurants around and some malls. You can Uber easily to other malls and museums. I really liked their pancakes with blackberry jelly and oatmeal, they have good internet speed as well!

THE STAFF LIED TO ME. This booking was my second night. I only booked one night at first but ended up needing to stay one more night. They called me telling that other person booked my same room so I’ll be upgraded to another room at no cost. THE STAFF LIED TO ME, I ended up paying 30% more of what the site says and that included taxes + more. When I realized about it, the front desk guy called the person who arranged the staying and he said he made a typo in the price but the higher price should be the correct one. I was so disappointed about the lie and how they overcharge you and take no accountability after you complain. It was a fair complaint and they didn’t do anything about it. I like the hostel, I hope to visit again and not have the same experience with overcharges

It is a new hostel, a warm place, the comfort of its facilities are excellent, very quiet and in a very safe area.

I loved everything, very good bed, delicious breakfast, everyone was very helpful
