Located just west of Tempe city proper in the neighborhood of Sunset, you’ll be surrounded by vibrant scenes of shopping, dining, and nightlife. Plan a day trip into Phoenix or north to Scottsdale, both less than 20 minutes away. A visit to the Phoenix Zoo will take you less than a 10-minute drive or pack a picnic and head to Tempe Beach Park in under 3 minutes. If you’re a Sun Devil fan in town to watch a thrilling game at Arizona State University or visiting friends or family on campus, you’ll be less than 5 minutes away. With so many options and places to explore, it’s hard to imagine how much time you’ll actually spend back at home… until you see it, that is!

Modern updates and design pair wonderfully with neutral tones and comfortable furnishings to create a tranquil atmosphere that carries from room to room. A cozy living room features a plush sofa with bookend chaise lounges to kick up your feet and catch up on your reading after a long day on the town. The rich, wood dining room table with bench seating can accommodate 8 additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter for 3. Beautiful coral cabinets complement the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, well-equipped for preparing lighter fare as well as family-style meals. The Keurig coffee maker will be your first stop in the morning and the outdoor patio is the ideal place to enjoy a cup or two.

An outdoor seating set overlooks the backyard, wonderfully shaded when you need a time out from the sun. For meals, al fresco, an additional dining table can also be found here with room for 8. Spend your evenings under the stars at the posh fire pit with bench style seating or soaking all your cares away in the soothing hot tub.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Property and rooms were very clean. Broken drawers and towel racks need to be fixed. Keyless entry did not work and the lock is loose. Toilet in guest bathroom needs to be anchored down. TV kept freezing on us. Plenty of rooms and spacious for large groups. We were in town for graduation ceremonies in Tempe. Perfect location close to ASU and the Phoenix airport. We enjoyed our stay but property needs some TLC.

We were in town for a large soccer event, and we had a few parents stay at this home. The location and property were perfect for what we needed. The property manager was accommodating and easy responsive to communication.

At first glance the neighborhood was questionable. There was a hair ball in living room when we walked in, urine on the floor in one of the bathrooms. The back door didn’t lock so you have to use a dowel to make sure no one breaks in. 4 windows were unlocked. Couldn’t do laundry since the dryer didn’t work. Other than that, it wasn’t a bad house. Won’t return.

This was the perfect property for our stay in Tempe. Enough room for my family (me, husband, two teen daughters), and my brother's (brother, partner, two grown sons) to comfortably hang out and even cook together. The owners have anticipated guests' needs extremely well - great amenities, and we didn't need to supply anything (even shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Communications with owners were great; they got back to us very quickly with all of our questions and had a local representative to take care of anything we needed. They even sent someone out to take a look at the hot tub! Very highly recommend the property. Thank you!
