Lots of Promise and better than many.

More nicely furnished than most. Lots of space for the money. Staff was responsive and accommodating.

No a/c. Location is right next to the commercial air conditioning for a building. In the Summer this will be an issue. Parking is extra. The owners have tried to fix the concrete steps but they are deteriorating.

Loved it would stay again

The party was close to lots of good and bars to Yale

I was solo so I did like walking to the back at night but I just asked the Ubers to pull in so I didn’t have to walk

Overall a very nice apartment with comfortable beds and very clean conditions

Very nice apartment. Place was extremely clean and bedrooms were very comfortable. Very cozy space. Owners sent very clear instructions and were very responsive.

There is no designated parking which I knew prior to my stay. I had to pay $22 a night to park in the lot next to the building. The entrance to the building is in the back of building which was challenging as I was traveling with my elderly mother. The box to access the keys is outside the building and the area is not lit up. We arrived at night and it was extremely difficult to see the numbers to the combination lock. There is no coffee maker, only a French press which we were not familiar with. Not an easy way to have coffee in the morning.

The surrounding area safe, the room is very clean and very beautiful. We feel safe and happy to stay here. 😊 especially the owner/host is very friendly and responsive. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❣️
