Ein akzeptables Hotel.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung, das Zimmer auch. Die Lage in der Nähe der Yale University war gut.Das Frühstück war okay, mehr nicht.

Die schmale Zufahrt zum Parkplatz. Dass es keine Karte von New Haven gab. Dass es nur eine Rezeptionistin gab, die überlastet war und nur knapp Auskunft geben konnte.

Zimmer war sauber

Obwohl 3 Personen gebucht waren, mussten wir für das Frühstück der dritten Person bezahlen. In der Buchung nicht ersichtlich.

But there’s one thing I didn’t not like here outside smoking mine in my own business with my husband and two young lads

The property was clean and spacious lots of types of different drinks and and foods one of my favourite things here first hotel I’ve ever been to what does Starbucks coffee cold or hot in bottles or from the machine inside? Well pleased with that that was just a bonus for me.

Nothing.

They refused to give me a refund despite not letting me stay there because of my age. I demand a full refund.

Good but noisy

Great location, helpful staff, the room was clean and had a comfy desk chair, a coffee machine and a refrigerator.

The sound insulation of the room could have been better. The hotel is located on a pretty busy street, and the windows, which faced the street, did not block the sound of the traffic well. In addition, I could hear the TV from the adjacent room (which was connected to mine through a locked door.) The portion size of breakfast dishes could have been larger.

卒業式前と、当日の料金が平常に比べてとても高く設定されていた。風呂のシャンプーボトルがシールで壁に着いているが、水を含んで接着力が弱くなって、夜中に突然自然落下していた。注ぎ口が破壊されて使えないのに、清掃の時に滞在中ずっと交換されていない。きちんとチップは毎日置いていたのに。

Perfect for visiting Yale University

The hotel has everything I need. Coffee in the room. Quite close to Yale University. Staff very friendly and helpful. They ordered a taxi for us when we left. Bed are comfortable.

My room overlooked the noisy street.

Wonderful experience. We feel ‘at home’ away from home.

Great location, useful facilities (laundry facilities and microwave in the lobby), and most importantly the staff are extremely helpful and show excellent service attitude.

The hotel was very good, staff was great. Location was a few minutes walk to Yale. Perfect

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Check-in by Michelle was quick. We also got reference for private shuttle for an very early morning ride to the train station (taxis are not available early morning). The gym was always clean and had water and towels ready.

Garbage disposal and new towels were provided daily, but housekeeping was only 2x per week during our 8 night stay. This is a bit odd for a large chain hotel like Mariott. We would prefer daily housekeeping.

It’s a nice stay in New Haven

It’s a very nice and clean hotel. Near the shopping area, and a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Rooms is not soundproof. So it’s quite noisy on the weekend, because there’s a bar nearby.

Convenient in terms of proximity to Yale.

Breafast was OK.

There was a moldy smell in the hallway as we walked to the elevator.

Food was decent. a tad slow but the staff was very friendly.

Obviously the location is great for proximity to yale but the neighborhood is not great. The bathroom showed signs of being dated with what may be permanent discoloration/marks in the tub and tile and possible hints of mildew.
