About this house rental

Welcome to the ultimate adventure haven where there is something for everyone! Renting half of the building, 7,000 sqft, can sleep up to 35 people. If you would like more bedroom or room, please reach out to us and we can assist you in renting the whole building.

The following is what comes with half building rental:

*THE ARCADE ROOM boasts a variety of classic arcade machines, a lively ping pong table, and an exciting foosball table. Additionally, there's a clubhouse accessible via a 5-foot climbing wall. Once inside, kids can relax in comfy bean bags or take a thrilling ride down the twirl slide!

*THE GYM is stocked with basketballs and dodgeballs. There's also a Zip-line that runs the length of the gym, two basketball hoops.

*THE HUGE ENTRYWAY landing has a coat rack with hangers. Spare blankets maybe be located in the sideboard under mirror.

The Following is a list of the bedrooms with their corresponding beds.
Upper Floor
-BEDROOM 1: Blue Room: 2 Queen (sleeps 2 per bed), 2 twin sleeper sofas. Work desk.
Main Floor
- BEDROOM 2: Pine Room: 1 queen (sleeps 2), 1 twin sleeper sofa. Work desk.
- BEDROOM 3: Jungle Room 1 queen (sleeps 2), 1 skinny twin (30" instead of standard 39" width) **COLDEST ROOM
Downstairs
- BEDROOM 4: Plum Room: 1 queen (Sleeps 2), 1 twin bed with 1 trundle bed (2 kids)
- BEDROOM 5: Olive Room: 1 King (Sleeps 2), 1 twin sleeper sofa. Close to bathroom
- BEDROOM 6: Navy Room: 3 king (Sleeps 2 per bed), 2 "Full" Futons. **WARMEST ROOM, close to bathroom

BABY INFO: There are 2 Pack and Plays and their sheets are located in the Navy room closet. A baby gate is located in the arcade room under the stairs. Please fold back up and put back after your stay.

ADDITIONAL MOVEABLE BEDS such as the 8 cots and the 5 lightweight kid mattresses (63x28) along with extra pillows and sheets to go on the moveable beds are located in the Navy room closet. These can be moved anywhere needed. (Keep protectors on them.)

*THE KITCHEN is located downstairs. It is well stocked with 2 side by side refrigerators, 2 side by side stoves, dishwasher, large sink and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with casserole/serving glass dishes, a hand mixer and mixing bowls, pots and pans, cookie sheets, standard cutting boards and a large butcher block, knives, multiple pitchers, a toaster, wash cloths, Keurig coffee maker, oven mittens, basic cooking utensils, a XL crockpot, XL garbage can, plenty of silverware, plates, glasses and plastic cups for children. There are also 2 highchairs.
There are 4 dining room tables which will seat 36 guests. There are additional children's tables as well as two, 6ft adult folding tables with chairs to seat 12-16 more. These are located in the dining room closet. Extra chairs can be found upstairs in the gym on a chair holder.

The spacious family room seamlessly connects to the dining room and kitchen, creating an open and inviting living space. It's equipped with a generous collection of Vtech GO-GO Smart cars and tracks neatly stored within two large ottomans, perfect for entertaining younger children. The bookshelf is stocked with Usborne children's books, providing a variety of reading options. For added comfort, spare blankets are conveniently stored in the sideboard beneath the TV. In addition, you'll find a wide selection of board games on the shelves.

*BATHROOMS, there are 2 public-style bathrooms with multiple stalls for toilets, urinals, and separate showers. We will provide towels for the convenience of your stay, along with toilet paper, and shower gel.
The Men's Bathroom has 1 toilet, 2 urinals, 2 showers, and 2 sinks.
The Women's Bathroom has 2 showers and changing stalls, 2 toilets, and a large 3 sink counter with lit mirrors.
There's also a vanity in the basement landing. Keep in mind this building is 100 Years old so there are some limitations on what we could do for remodeling. But when used as a church for 300 members it had half this many toilets. The entire party likely will not all be able to shower in the morning for an early event. Plan to stagger showers with the group at different times.

*LOCATION The church is located on a corner of the block in a residential neighborhood. Parking for guests is all street around the church and across the road.

*ACCESS: Guests will receive a code where they can come and go freely. Anytime a guest leaves they are required to lock all doors, and windows.

LAUNDRY: There are no laundry rooms available to guests, however, there is a nice laundromat across the street.

CONCERNING PETS: dogs are allowed with a $200 fee per animal, MAX 2 per group. Service dogs stay free but you must provide us with its service number so it can be confirmed on the national service animal directory. Cats are not allowed.

This is a lovely, clean facility that will hold a very large group. These are hard to find! Host is very accommodating and quick to respond.

This was a get together with our children and grandchildren. We didn’t tell the kids about all the fun things the house had to offer. When they entered the building they started to squeal with delight as they kept discovering more and more fun! We did go out a couple of times to explore the town but we were all just happy hanging out at the house playing basketball games and other group games in the gym, having fun in the game room with ping pong and arcade games. The kitchen was so big and roomy with a very comfortable living room for the adults to relax. Everyone also had a comfortable place to sleep. We would definitely come here again in a heartbeat!

What a great place for a large group (there were 23 in our group)! Place is clean, well stocked, and is fun! Between basketball, zipline, video games and hanging out in the large gathering room downstairs, adults, teens and littles all had fun. Kitchen is large with three refrigerator/freezers and all dishes you could possibly need. Rooms/beds are nicely furnished and comfortable. Bathrooms are well done and the showers were great! Thanks for providing this cool property :)
