This delightful new home boasts a bright and airy interior, beautifully decorated to put a smile on your face the moment you walk through the door!
The open concept kitchen, dining and living room provides the perfect setting for spending quality time with family. The fully equipped kitchen has gorgeous quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 more seats at the open kitchen counter. A large covered porch is perfectly situated off the living room, allowing you great views of the gulf and of the private pool directly below.

Three comfortably sized bedrooms and two full baths, have been appointed with Smart TVs, all new furnishings and accessories. Wake up to stunning gulf views from both the Master king bedroom and guest queen bedrooms!
The kids room, on the back of the house, is thoughtfully set up with 1 queen / single bunk and lots of space to hang out.
Best of all, this home boasts a fantastic outdoor living space at ground level with its own private fenced swimming pool, outdoor half bath, outdoor hot / cold enclosed shower, fish cleaning sink area and cozy lounge area.
This impressive home sits on a corner lot, making your beach access super easy with just a short stroll directly down the street to the beach boardwalk!

Summer salt has everything that a vacation home should have! I’ve been coming to the island since I was 7 years old and this is the best house I’ve stayed in on St. George! Ms. Beth is an amazing host and is very available if anything is needed! We are staying again next summer!

Summer Salt is the best in so many ways. There is a beautiful view, nice pool, and the perfect location on SGI. We have lodged several times here and will continue to go back. The home is comfortable and relaxing and a short distance to our favorite restaurant Paddy's. The host is very accommodating and will answer any questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us on SGI. Here’s to more memories there in the future.

This was our second stay at Summer Salt Cottage; we can't say enough good things about the accommodations and the hosts! Truly the perfect beach rental for a family with children; steps from the beach, private pool with outdoor bathroom, the home itself is extremely clean, has everything you could ever need and more! We can't wait to come back again soon!

Summer Salt has become a favorite vacation home on SGI for our family. It is sparkling clean and well equipped for cooking and other activities. The pool is perfect for our family. The easy access to the beach, children's playground, and center of the island are also plus factors for us.

Summer Salt is a dream place to stay! We loved the location, right on the corner across from the beach access. Normally, when we vacation there is always something in the kitchen we end up needing, but not at Summer Salt. Our favorite part about this rental is how personable the property managers are. They reached out several times seeing if we needed anything. To our family, that means so much! We can’t wait to vacation there again next summer!

Our stay at Summer Salt gave us what we so desperately needed ... relaxation. Staying there felt just as comfortable as being at home - minus the worries. The cottage was impeccably clean and well stocked. The view from the front porch was amazing! Everything you could ask for was provided. The hosts were readily available and more than accommodating. We were able to enjoy several activities suggested by Beth to make our December visit to the island quite memorable. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
