Located in highly sought after Kimball Lake Shores neighborhood ~ a peaceful rural retreat with access to a lovely sandy beach with picturesque views (sunrise & sunset in winter!!). Pine ceilings throughout the home, which boasts a lakeside camp feel, is a great escape to disconnect and unwind. Great home base to explore Maine and New Hampshire, the White Mountain National Forest, hiking & biking trails, downhill skiing, and snowmobiling. Wraparound deck, screened in porch, outdoor fire pit & cozy wood stove to enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a fun day exploring.
First floor
-Living room with two couches, Roku TV, DVD player w/DVD selection, books, games, puzzles, playing cards, records and record player.
-Open concept dining area with table/chairs connects to the kitchen. Stools at counter for additional dining seating
-Spacious well stocked kitchen with full sized refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, french press, electric water kettle, and dishwasher.
-Full bathroom off the back of the kitchen with stand up shower.
-Bedroom off the living room with full sized bed, dresser, and closet.
Second floor
-Walk upstairs open balcony style hallway overlooking the living room.
-First bedroom on the left with a full sized bed and dresser.
-Second bedroom at the end of the hall with a Queen sized bed, two dressers, and closet.
-Full sized bathroom with tub & shower connects the two bedrooms
-Fans provided in all bedrooms
-Window AC unit located in main living area (seasonal)

**We are located in a rural area and cell service could be limited depending on your carrier. In the event of severe weather, a power outage is possible. Flashlights and extra batteries available, wood stove can be used for heat.
