About this apartment rental
When you arrive, you'll discover a warm entrance hall, opening onto a magnificent lounge where the tastefully chosen decor invites you to relax and share. The lounge opens onto a welcoming dining room where you can entertain friends and family. The separate kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking for all your guests. Its proximity to the dining room means you can treat yourself to the services of a home chef while enjoying your guests in peace and quiet. For your nights, three spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) are available. Each room is equipped with a television. The flat has a large bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a shower room adjoining one of the bedrooms.
The flat is on the second floor, with lift access. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam generator and ironing board. A cot is also available.
You will be given a personal welcome by someone from the Cocoonr agency in Nantes, who will show you around the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand you the keys.
Bed linen and towels of 4-star hotel quality are provided, and your bed will be made up for you on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Graslin underground pay car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: about twenty minutes by public transport, line 1
- Nearest airport: From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.

Bicloo station 200 metres away
Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, all reservations of more than 30 nights will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
- This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.
Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
